Dr. Hamdi Mansour Khilfeh, MD

If you love to be treated like you're at the DMV in 1984 this is the right place! I had an EKG done here MONTHS ago, and finally got a call saying that the results are in, and a nurse practitioner can call me with that, but... since I told the girl that I no longer have insurance, she told me that she is going to cancel the "appointment". I asked why and said it's literally a phone call to go over a procedure I already had done at the facility. She said it's considered an appointment, and I can pay out of pocket if I want. I know I'm entitled to the results (a doctor's office is absolutely legally bound to give a patient this type of information), and I told her that. She argued with me for a while, wouldn't answer my questions, then finally got quiet for a minute, and had me talk to a "manager". This person asked if I wanted her to leave the results at the front desk so I can pick them up, to which I replied, "That would be f****** awesome!" She then told me to watch my language and hung up. I called back and the front desk girl told me the manager had "changed her mind", and I was getting nothing. She then told me she was referring me to "upper management" (lol) and I asked for that phone number, which she refused to give me right before SHE hung up on me. About an hour later, as I was online browsing through lawyers in the area, a nurse practitioner had the common sense to call and give me the results, which took about two minutes and eight seconds. I'm fine, by the way. My better half, who managed a doctor's office for over a decade, told me that she would fire someone if they treated a patient this way. As for me, I haven't had such ghetto service since... um.... since.... hmmmmm.... well, since I don't know when! There are LOTS of choices in the area, and most people who work at an office like this are professional and really cool. This is the exception; do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.

I HAVE BEEN UNDER HIS CARE FOR AT LEAST 3 YRS. NEVER MET HIM. I SEE THE NURSE PRACTITIONERS WHEN I COME IN, WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH, BUT HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST STUCK HIS HEAD IN DOOR AND INTRODUCE HIMSELF. ALSO THE STAFF NEVER HAVE TEST RESULTS WHEN YOU COME IN AND ALWAYS BILL YOU INSTEAD OF TAKING PAYMENTS WHEN YOU ARE THERE. I MAKE REQUEST FOR REFERRALS AND TEST AND THEY NEVER SEND OR GIVE THEM TO ME. REALLY!!!!!

Highly recommend him!! He is a great Doctor and very caring and sweet!

By far I think this is it he us the best so courteous, professional and sweet he realy knows how to make patients feel great and his diagnosis is absolutely accurate he knew just what was wrong with m just by symptoms he is the best. I'm so glad to have found him.

This doctor was by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen.... Never examined my mom who was very ill and signs of a stroke, still prescribed medication without evening knowing what issues she had, then discharges her over the phone without an examination to see if everything was ok.... Only later to find out the medication he prescribed put her back in the hospital with further problems!!!

Dr. Khilfeh is such a great an dcaring doctor, he is always take the time t ensure that ALL of his patients are more than satisfactory. He is determined to make his patients as comfortable as possible as he works hard to find the best way to treat each one. He is so charismatic and he knows how to make you smile even when your sick and having a bad day this is the docotr to have because he will do all it takes to make sure you are full life and in GREAT HALF!!!!!! I am so proud and thankful to have a doctor lik him.

Dr Khilfeh treats you like family. He is honest, upfront and realistic. He has been treating me for a little over a year now, and took care of me through an indescribable amount of pain, and an infection that ran through my back and ate the bone and disc away due to a surgeon's negligence. His office runs so smoothly. It's almost shocking how little you have to wait to see him, and then how much time he devotes to you in listening to EVERY concern, adding treatment OPTIONS (he never forces anything on you, and makes sure you understand it before proceeding). Dr Khilfeh is a wonderful person, and I thank God that he was the sole provider who takes care of me. If you are searching for a compassionate, caring Doctor; Dr Khilfeh is the one for you. His office staff is great- Hanan is so sweet and schedules your appointments with ease and takes care of all of your needs. Thank you Dr Khilfeh for taking such good care of me!

Dr. Khilfeh saved my life in 2006 when other doctor's could not figure out what was wrong with me. I was in renal and liver failure. Without his quick diagnosis and treatment, I would not be writing this comment. He has saved me numerous times since my hospitalization. He is kind, funny and compassionate. He has never doubted anything I have told him, which a few doctors did not believe my symptoms. He always makes me feel better when I am a wreck mentally because of my illness. I pray for him daily and his family and staff. All his staff is compassionate, kind and also funny. You are always made to feel like your his only patient when you call there or when you are there for your appointment. I recommend him to many people and quite a few of my family members are now his patient, including my husband and grown children. I pray he stays in Chicago and in my insurance group because I would be lost without his help.

This doctor has no bedside manner and comes across as extremely uncaring. Asked my dad a question he was too weak to answer. When I tried to answer for my dad, the doctor told me he wasn't asking me. Doesn't provide any information on the patient's condition. Only asks about my dad's bowels, but he's got a rectal tube so it's not something he can even answer. I get the impression he only checks in so he can log billable time.

this is an excellent and caring doctor who takes time for his patients desoite workload and travel.Highly recommended...especially at LCM pavillion or Hospital.
