Dr. Harit K Bhatt, MD

I met Dr. Bhatt when I was in the Chicago area from out of town. I have dealt with wet macular degeneration for several years, for which I receive essential eye injections. I had an unexpected problem, needed to be seen right away, and was accepted for an appointment. Dr. Bhatt was professional, reassuring, and very helpful with advice. His treatment worked beautifully. Also, his medical technician, Christina, was fabulous. She was friendly and attentive, going beyond what I usually experience during these types of appointments. I highly recommend this office for retinal care.

Great bedside manner.

We were visiting family in the Chicago suburbs. We live in California. I started to have flashes and floaters in my vision and was concerned. I called Dr. Bhatt's office and was immediately seen. He diagnosed me with a tear in the retina and did laser surgery immediately. He saved my vision. He was very kind and great with explanations! He also directly called a retina doctor in California for me to follow with when I got home. Wonderful experience !

Dr Bhatt was very compassionate and caring during my visit. I had a stroke in my eye and he diagnosed it and treated me right away. He has a great bedside manner and is very caring!

My Optometrist referred me to to Dr. Bhatt cause I had spots in my right eye. Dr. Bhatt was really accommodating and saw me that day, I was really freakin out, cause I had no idea what any of it meant, i thought i was gonna go blind! I am not in a health field. Anyway he spent a lot of time explaining the issue. I guess they call that good bedside manner. He booked the procedure for later that week to take care of it. I have had a few follow-up appointments with him since then all with similar experiences. I would definitely recommend.
