Dr. Lebowitz performed cataract surgery on me with the skill and devotion to excellence that I would expect of someone that is certainly top notch in their field.

Dr. Lebowitz is a very competent and efficient surgeon. He far exceeded my expectations and I can now see better than I have in my entire 74 years of life. I can read the bottom line of the eye chart with no glasses. I can't say enough about him and his staff. Two thumbs up!

Dr. Lebowitz is a compassionate and highly skilled doctor. He removed cataracts in both eyes and the experience was outstanding in every respect. He called me the night before each surgery, which I found reassuring. And he called me during the evening after each surgery to ask how I was doing. The surgery was absolutely painless and so was my recovery--no pain or discomfort of any sort. The results are utterly amazing! As someone who used to be very near-sighted, I now have extraordinary distance vision without needing eyeglasses. In addition, everything is clearer and brighter than it used to be. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The entire process was very well organized, with clear written instructions relating to preparation for the procedures, care instructions, and follow-up appointments. My experience in having cataracts removed from both eyes was stress free. I found the office staff at the surgery center efficient and caring, as well as at the main office. Dr. Lebowitz was definitely caring and made sure with phone calls that I was doing well. I really appreciated the attention. The surgery itself was painless and the directions were very easy to follow.

Today was my final appointment after my cataract surgery. It was GREAT! Dr. Lebowitz did my surgery and before the surgery he took the time to explain what would happen and why. He answered all of my questions and did not rush me at any point. Today was the final checkup and everything went great! I've only had minimal problems post surgery. I am not the most relaxed person when it comes to medical procedures, so when the news arrived that I might need cataract surgery for both eyes, I went to Delaware Ophthalmology Consultant for the evaluation with trepidation. Cataract Surgery

Hi, I am a recent patient of Dr. Leibowitz regarding cataract surgery. I would like to state that I was handled in a confident and professional matter from the first meeting until these follow up check ups. I would highly recommend Dr. lebowitz. Yes confident and very professional.

I had both eyes done a week apart. It was one of the easiest procedures I've ever had. I was sedated but awake. Dr Lebowitz talked to me the whole time, which took only 6 minutes in the operating room. Everything was explained completely pre-op with paperwork included to follow every step. I now have 20/20 vision with glasses needed for reading. Feels strange since i've worn glasses over 33 years. Would definitely, and highly, recommend Dr. Lebowitz for your procedure. Was also impressed that he called personally the night before to see if I was ready and had any questions and he called the night of surgery to see how I was feeling.

The most caring Doctor ever! He called the night before my cataract surgery and the day of. He’s staff were as caring and efficient. I was given very explicit directions on how to administer my eye drops before and after surgery. Every question was answered with clarity. Your eyes are in very good hands. Do not hesitate to have this surgery done!

Dr. Lebowitz removed two cataracts two weeks apart. My care could not have been better. I had been very fearful about the surgery, but the calming medicine offered at the surgery center solved that problem. On the day after my second surgery, I could see the world far better than I have for years. Dr. Lebowitz called me the evening before and the evening of both surgeries.
