They don't inform the patient about address change! Also if a patient has to reschedule due to a health issue, family emergency( like when your mother has passed away unexpectedly or your vehicle breaks down) they will no longer take or except you as a patient!! They act like the patient does these things on purpose when in fact it's the opposite. I will not recommend Dr. Kesserwani to anyone.

Dr. Kesserwani is an excellent Dr. After seeing many Dr.s and getting no help I saw Dr. Kesserwani. He correctly diagnosed me with brain stem migraines and he and his Wonderful staff worked hard to get me approved for the medication that I needed. I have finally found the neurologist that is helping me get better. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend him to anyone!!

This man is BY FAR the best Neurologist in the South if not the country. He is so quick and diagnosed and cured my problem in under 20 minutes, This doctor is very professional and does not waste time on chit chat. Doctor Kesserwani is very nice and kind and will answer any questions you have. If you have any Neurological problems/issues this is the man to go to.

Guess I expect more trouble shooting and less band aid fix. Waking up to a dibilatating migraine is something (in 44 years of being alive) new for me and has happen 3 time in the past 16 mth. 2 have been with in the past 6 months, didnt get a chance to say that. The doc was quick to reply, (less than a 2min talk) especially since he was late in seeing me by almost an hr. He made it seem like its all normal and I'm not extreme enough for him to do any tests to. He was quick to throw some pills my way and get me on my way. What a waste of money, work on you people skills, boy he was good at cutting me off also.

Poor quality of care, in and out, challenges the way you are feeling and MS issues you are having. No way I would ever go back after the year I went

Dr Kesserwani is brilliant and has been my dr as well as both of my parents and now my husband. He is very knowledgeable about all neurological issues along with other issues with the body. I wouldn’t want any other neurologist taking care of me.

Rushed me through tests (I had a different doctor have completely different results from the same tests, but she took her time with it). He then complained because blood got on his chair after he stuck a needle in my leg. (Of course it bled; why didn't you have me on sterile paper?) I ended up having surgery based off of his test results and it did nothing to relieve the pain. If anything it is much worse. Run the other way.

It took some time to get a first appointment with Dr. Kesserwani, but follow-up appointment are generally taken care of at the end of your visit and it's relatively easy to get a time and date that best suits your needs. Dr. Kesserwani was clear and concise. He was prompt and did not keep me waiting very long. He does not waste time chatting with you and gets to the point quickly. He outlines what needs to be done next and will answer any questions that you have. His time is valuable and so is mine, so he doesn't waste it unnecessarily. If you are the next person waiting to see him, I am sure you will appreciate his promptness because he did not spend 20 minutes chatting with the previous patient. Whilst some may find his manner abrupt or rude, I found him to be professional, respectful and forthright. He joined the flowers medical group around March 2017 and moved to offices located in Dothan, AL. Many of the older negative reviews are about the office and office staff at his previous location and were those reviewers to visit him at his new office, they would be pleasantly surprised at the clean modern offices and friendly and helpful office staff.

straight to the point very busy man. He has diagnosed my bf with ALS his bedside manners can be a bit odd but we love him regaurdless.

Maybe his office furniture is not the best (so what) and maybe his staff is overworked and rude, maybe Dr. Kesserwani does not have the best bedside manner (so what), maybe he interrupts you and does not let you talk on and on and on for 5 minutes of his time, maybe he gets right to the point and is abrupt and seemingly uncaring for your pain....but he is a very highly respected physician by his colleagues who is a top-notch diagnostician. Think of Dr. House maybe. Rude and abrupt....so what. He does not have all day to chit-chat. We are lucky to have him in the Wiregrass area.

If you truly have a serious neurological health problem, this guy will diagnose it quickly.

I hear the Dr. is a great neurologist - you just have to get through the horrible staff. This is so true and good luck getting through the worst staff on the planet!

Very knowledgeable, understanding....sent me for tests, was quick to schedule follow ups. Very happy with the treatment plan.

Great Dr. in every way. Listens carefully and truly works to bring you to better health. Also has a wonderful staff.

Dr. Kesserwani has done an outstanding job treating my Parkinson's. He worked closely with me to adjust my medications and has me walking without a cane for the first time in two years. He is a brilliant scientist and an outstanding doctor.

Most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. It took over 4 weeks to get a RX refill and to get my medical records so I could get established with another neurologist. I was treated very rudely by multiple people in this office. The worst experience ever with medical office.

Blonde Lady up at front desk most rudest woman I ever met in my life. Got a attitude problem.

Wouldn't be walking today if I hadn't seen this Doctor who found cyst on spinal cord back in 2006. He knows what he is doing. Great doctor.
