Dr. Helmuth Jones is really the best Orthopedic Surgeon in Butte County. I am saying this as both a physician colleague who used to work together with Dr. Jones at Feather River Hospital in Paradise, and as his patient who received the excellent care of Dr. Jones recently. During the 7 years we worked together in Paradise and comanaged multiple patients I was always impressed by how caring, compassionate and highly knowledgeable Dr. Jones was. His expertise is unmatched. It’s no surprise that we saw patients coming to our little hospital in Paradise from Chico, Oroville and everywhere else saying that they chose FRH because they heard that Dr. Jones works there and wanted him to be the one who does their surgery. In the over 20 years I have been working as a physician with many Orthopedic Surgeons in several hospitals I can honestly say that Dr. H. Jones is one of the very best. When I needed to see an Orthopedic Surgeon recently due to leg injury, I was so happy to find out that Dr. Jones is now practicing in Chico. As a patient of Dr. Jones I received an excellent care, same as I always saw him providing to each of his patients. Dr. Jones always explains all the test results in a clear and easy to understand way and takes time to answer all questions to make sure that patients understand everything about their condition and treatment plan. Imaging such as xrays or MRIs are done in the same building and all medical staff members are very caring and helpful. I really feel that if you or your loved ones need the help of a very knowledgeable, experienced, kind, caring and compassionate Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Helmuth Jones is the doctor who you would be happy with.
