Dr. DiBlasi is great; pleasant informative efficient and thorough

Both my daughter and I have been patients of Dr. Deblasi. He's the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable, but is able to explain even complex things in a way that is understandable. We have the utmost confidence in him.

Dr DeBlasi clipped the inside of my ear while attempting to remove wax. It was very painful but he put cotton in my ear and said it was nothing to worry about. My ear continued to bleed the next day. Although the next day was a Saturday, I called him and left a message with his answer service. My ear continued to bleed on the third day. I never heard from him even though I called four more times. I ended up going to the emergency room where they quarterized the wound.

The RVC office is depressing and needs an update. The office staff needs work on being attentive to patients BUT, once you get to Dr. Diblasi it's all worth it. He is efficient, informative, takes his time with you, clearly knows what he is doing and is willing to explain everything to you. He is very direct which is something I like. Other doctors I had seen over the prior several months missed the symptoms with which I was presenting and did not refer me to an ENT. As a result, I lost a significant amount of hearing in my right ear. I am now in good hands and highly recommend Dr. Diblasi. If the office and the office staff matter to you, perhaps you should go to the Levittown office.

He is the only dr who ever figured out what was wrong with my hearing and fixed it. Explains things really well and shows me diagrams and charts so i understand. He is awesome!

I had an appointment. When I signed in I was asked for my name, which I gave. She never looked up from her paperwork or otherwise acknowledged my presence so I sat down. After 45 minutes, another staff member Said "Who is that in the waiting room" The person who had asked my name finally looked at me and asked who I was again. I again told her and it was at this point she said Dr DeBlasi was sick and they had left a message. Since I was there, I obviously had not gotten the message. But why was I not told this when I first came in? Don't waste my time!

Dr. Deblasi is wonderful. Spends time, is kind, very intelligent. Great experience overall.

This office is very unprofessional. The front desk staff was just lacking all customer service, they seemed to be more interested in looking a pictures and making plans to go out. I was surprised that they were allowed to act as they did in front of their patients, but the Dr was well aware and seemed to participate. The wait was well over an hour. The office was filled. They were overbooked. I spent 5 minutes with the Doctor, who was clearly in a rush. I had called back for a question on a script and the staff/Dr contradicted what was said during my visit. I would not recommend this office at all. This was my second visit after an appointment in 2009, and the office has gotten worse and not better. I definitely will not be returning again.

I wanted to schedule an appointment, but the secretary at the rockville center office was IMPOSSIBLE. I told her I had UnitedHealthcare PPO and she said she did not know what that means. She refused to try to look up the information to find out if the office took my insurance and told me it was my job to call. SOOO LAZY and IMCOMPETENT. I recommend this office do some training for their first line staff. Such an attitude on those people! I canceled my appointment in fear that I would end up in incompetent hands.

This practice going down. The hill. They over schedule appointments. Also, They have two locations. Make sure you ask where location you are going. Otherwise you end in the wrong location.

Went to my docter four times and he said I had no problem except a bad cold. I was sick for three months on and off. Dr Deblasi spent 2 minutes and told me my problem and I was well within two weeks after his medications. Great Job

I saw Dr. Diblasi when I was 18 yrs old. He was fantastic then. I am now 33 and my daughter of 12 has the same problem. I brought her to him and he was fantastic again and even remebered who I was. Both of our surgeries were a huge success. Highly recomend Dr. Deblasi for all young and old

Excellent care office, hospital & post surgical.

Dr.DeBlasi performed a sinus operation on me as did several other Drs.over many years.Dr.De Blasi was,by far,the best. I have now been without sinus problems for 10 years thanks to Dr. De Blasi.I highly recommend him.
