I was a 2 hour wait to see Dr. Reddy in the exam room. Dr. Reddy seemed irritated when I would mention my symptoms and said my past blood results to be false positive. It took 5 weeks to finally get my blood results papers sent to me from her lab. There was no lab name on her blood and urine results sent. Two more weeks of phone calls and finally a paper on blood and urine result was sent to me. These results had Orchard Copia Labs as the blood lab. Orchard Copia labs is not a blood lab. Orchard Copia Labs is a soft wear company? Doctor Reddy refuses to send the name of the blood lab that did my blood and urine test. Why is that? Be careful!

I would not recommend Dr Reddy to anyone. I've had chronic pain for several years and she did nothing to help me, didn't even order blood work,, which should have been the first step. The office staff isn't any better, could not get them to ever call me back. Go somewhere else.

My first visit was great! I felt like Dr. Reddy listened and cared. I have been diagnosed for 3 years, I feel like I finally have a good rheumatologist. Only down fall, office is slow or unresponsive to refills. My pharmacy send refill request and I have called office to follow up. Still no reply. I am hoping this is a one time thing. But, Dr. Reddy was great!

less than 5 mins her concern was more on if i was on disability and how long...ask questions but ovwr talked my response...and without any testing like previous doctors she concluded nothing was wrong with me...degrading and inhumane visit period. She robbed my insurance carrier because NOTHING was done in that visit.

The office staff is rude and incompetent. Dr. Rheddy overbooks, so the wait time is long, then seems bored for the five minutes she spends with me. She has never mentioned recent research or seemed to have consulted any recent studies and information. When I mentioned to her that every time I need a refill, her office messes it up, and that it doesn't happen with any other doctors, she became defensive to the point of rudeness.

She's rude all the time. Never smiles, never acts like she cares about her patients. Office staff is rude as heck too.

Ignored positive blood work. Ignored symptoms. No help for chronic pain and fatigue. No help at all, actually. She made me feel like a hypochondriac even though I have positive ana and other blood work along with other symptoms. Refused to dig deeper. No help and a waste of time and money.

I would never recommend this physician to anyone. Being referred to her was a total waste of my time and money.
