I was very nervous for my most recent biopsy. Dr. Patel, the nurse, and the ultrasound tech reassured me everything would be ok in the most professional way possible. Not only did Dr. Patel make me at ease before the procedure even began, after the numbing needle, I did not feel a thing. It is just remarkable how I started my appointment crying, filled with nerves and anxiety, and I left smiling and laughing with the staff.

Dr Patel explained everything in detail about the procedure that I was having. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and explained everything he was doing as the procedure went on. He has a very calming voice and I was very much at ease.

The only complaint about my recent visit was the wait time… I arrived 15 minutes early, as I was told, and understood I would have to wait…however, three sets of patients came after me and all were taken before me…I am aware that patients are there for different procedures….so, after about one hour, I approached the desk and asked if I was being taken soon as I had been waiting almost an hour…after approximately ten minutes, I was called…otherwise, my experience was very professional and the procedure was explained in terms I could understand
