Rush rush rush!!! I saw him the day of my surgery and then not again until a month later. He never followed up with me while I was in the hospital for 23 days. I spoke with him for maybe five minutes the day of my follow-up visit and then he disappeared. I had several questions to ask him, but he never returned. Poor bedside manner.

Awesome doctor, very personable and informative. He tells it like it is, very transparent and refreshing to have received from a doctor.

My appointment was rushed even though I was 1.5 hours early; someone even filled out a lot of the paperwork for me; at first Dr. Chan said I could go back to being a School Crossing Guard the next day with a fractured hip; when I asked about physical therapy to get me back to work ASAP, Dr. Chan pulled out "A+ Home Health Systems" brochure with the sweet old lady on the cover because he sends all his patients there; follow-up appointment would've been with his assistant.

Dr. Chan is an amazing Doctor. He definitely did an excellent job on my knee. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. Keep doing amazing work.

I asked for a visit with a hand specialist and was told that we were required to see Dr. Chan, a foot and ankle specialist. He was “confused” by my sons wrist fracture, did not engage a hand specialist in his practice and had zero sense of urgency for a resolution. My son has multiple, obvious, fractures. I immediately took him to a hand specialist at another practice and he was in surgery within 12 hours.

Dr. Chan is awesome. He’s definitely great at what he does and he is highly respected by his peers.

My first visit I was impressed by how quickly I was able to make an appointment. Dr Chan was very professional and his examination of my left ankle was thorough. I will have him preform an ankle replacement.

Dr Chan was very nice. I had fractured my knee and needed to have surgery. He explained how and what he needed to do. He is very knowledgeable and I trusted him with my surgery. Would highly recommend Dr Chan if you have any orthopedic issues.

Dr Chan, I'm so grateful that I had been referred to him by another Dr. who is not an orthopedic surgeon. With that said, I've had a number of ortho surgeries for different in issues in different parts of the country. Dr. Chan has been AMAZING! He takes his time to listen as well as explaining things before and after surgery. He has performed a number of procedures on my left foot and even though it has been a long process I'm extremely lucky to have found him.

My experience with Dr. Chan was a very positive one. He made my husband and I feel comfortable as soon as he walked into the room. The staff were kind and helpful also.

Dr Chan is very caring. I know what he is going to do is going to hurt. He knows it's going to hurt. He does his best to be gentle and supportive. He is honest about treatment. If he feels we need to go to the next level, I can trust his opinion. He has a good bedside manor. And his staff is also kind.
