Saw Hector Sosa, NP at Castle Hills Family. No wait time. Immediately nurse took vitals and asked for my input on problems having. Hector Sosa came in and we discussed my history, current problem and what other facilities had said. He changed the treatment slightly and ordered other meds. Made a direct command to return back in two weeks to determine the effectiveness of his treatment plan. Hector Sosa, NP is thorough, considerate and confident in his treatment. I rate Hector 5 stars. I have not yet seen Dr Sanjana but this review is for NP A Flores. She is a blessing to me because for the first time in three years of being a patient of Castle Hills Family Practice have I had someone actually take their time and go over my results and try to actually find out what is going on with me instead of just prescribing me some meds right away. She is very gentle and shows that she cares about my health and now our days that is very hard to find. I would totally recommend her to anyone!

His front and back office staff go above and beyond in providing the best customer service. As for Dr. Sanjana, he is truly the best!!!
