Dr. Barrow and his office are great! We actually enjoy going there!

I have been treated by Dr. Barrow for a number of years and have never had an issue. The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Barrow is very knowledgeable and personable. There is a wait time for appointments occasionally but this shows me he's worth it!

This morning my husband and I saw Dr. Barrow's PA, Kate. She was extremely efficient and caring. We never felt rushed. She took her time examining us, explaining what she was doing. She went into detail as to what each of us should do. I also saw Dr. Major, the audiologist. She was also very caring and took the time to explain what she was doing. Everyone, from the receptionist, who first greeted us to the nurse who took our vitals to the PA, audiologist and to the front office staff we saw as we were leaving....everyone was friendly and caring J & J K

Avoid if you value your health. The rude staff should have been a clue.

He was cold and unfriendly. He also seemed very ‘old school’.

I selected Dr. Barrows to repair my severely deviated septum which was impairing my ability to breathe, especially at night. He is a wonderful surgeon and my life is now the better for it - perfect result ! He has an accomplished PA, Kate, who is very knowledgeable and experienced. I am VERY satisfied with my experience with Dr. Barrows and staff

Accurately diagnosed my branchial cleft cyst. Did a great job from the fine needle aspiration to surgery, to suture removal over a couple week period. Explained each phase fully and took time with questions. Called immediately when pathology results came back. Staff is courteous, and well trained(handling insurance) as well as his physicians assistant does an excellent job. Great Doctor

Dr. Barrow himself takes the time to get to the bottom of a problem, and is very professional.However, his front office staff is very abrasive -- they will call you with questions on your insurance 2-3 times before a visit --- same questions over and over--- with very poor phone manners. When I went for an allergy test appointment -- they told me they could not do the test since no doctor was in the office -- I had canceled other plansI had in order to be at this appointment. No one had called me to cancel this appointment, which they did not dispute. They just said that there had been a recent change, and allergy tests were no longer being conducted in this particular office. Staff's attitude basically was "your time isn't valuable anyway." No apologies from staff -- in fact, very rude. After I left, I called the office, and asked to have the office manager call me --- she did not bother to call me back. This is the poorest professionalism on all counts that I have encountered with a doctor's front office staff.

Do not go to this doctor. He looked in my ear and said I need to cauterize something in your ear. He proceeded to burn something in my ear without anesthesia. It was extremely painful. I clenched my teeth and took the pain. He stopped and then tried again, The pain was intense again. He tried a third time, my fists were clenched that is how painful it was. Finally I said what are you doing. HE then stopped. I have been to ear doctors for YEARS, I have never had an ear doctor this bad. One more thing, as I was coming into the office there was a small child leaving the office after seeing the doctor. He was extremely upset, tears were running down both cheeks, I hope the Doctor didn't do the same thing to the child as he did to me. DO NOT GO HERE.
