Dr. Howard Roy Sonderling, MD

Sonderling will waste your time, make you wait months for an appointment and then cancel it. once you finally get an appointment they will let you know that your primary care doctor referral has expired at the last minute. Then they will try to reschedule a new appointment for you next year. Go to another doctor if you actually want to get care. They are complete idiots and they will not even apologize or admit they screwed you up.

Had 2 televisits with dr sonderling. Great experience. He was patient and comforting. Is not an alarmist and has a good plan of action for me

Dr. Howard Sonderling is a caring, kind, knowledgable and a execellent diagnostician. For several months I couldn't leave my home because I was in the bathroom seven days a week and almost 24 hours a day. Dr. Sonderling ordered several tests and did a colonoscopy. He determined that I had Crohns and ullcerative colitis. This all began when I was 72 years old. Within a couple of months he put me on Remicade. The infusions started out once every two weeks and now I have an infusion once every two months. I now lead a normal and productive life. I own a large business and for several months I was absent. However, I have fabulous employees and they took over for me. Thank you Dr. Sonderling for giving me m;y old life back. I went to see Dr. Sonderling as a new pt. I waited in the lobby for about 45 min while receptionist got everything ready for my chart. She calls me up for my copay, I didn't have my debit card because it was being replaced by my bank since it was damaged. I took out a check to pay she said we do not accept checks, we have to reschedule. I said I was never advised of this, she said only cash or credit card is accepted. Also I wasn't advised before my appt. that they need to keep a credit card on file. so disappointed..wont be back!!

Dr sonderling is a super special doc!I am grateful and fortunate to have him on my team. He is a great listener, explains easily, cares, is so very kind and a great doctor. I had a colonoscopy and he was gentle but concerned he found something on my ovaries, contacted my gyro and literally saved my life.

It is very very rare the you go to a Drs office in Florida and they: Take you 5 minutes before your appt. The front Desk actually knows who you are. Kelly remembered our conversation from the day before. She knew exactly what I was there for. She actually spoke to me eye to eye. I was in shock. From the minute I walked in I felt that they actually cared about me as an individual. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant and caring. Dr Sonderling spoke to me and was not typing furiously on a computer or an iPad. He listened to my issue and came up with a plan. I highly recommend Dr Sonderling he is truly a caring individual. This office is a rare find!

Dr, Sonderling is a great doctor, honest, kind and very knowledgeable and has a very friendly and helpful staff.

I was experiencing very bad nausea and dizziness and had gone to lots of doctors to try to diagnose the problem. This condition had taken over my life and I was unable to go very far from the house for fear I was going to have another attack. These attacks were coming 4-6 times a day and these episodes would last for 5 minutes up to 3 hours long. These episodes would totally debilitate me often times leaving me on the floor and unable to even talk. Multiple tests were done including two cat scans and an MRI to try to find the problem. Finally, Dr. Sonderling suggested that I go to an ENT doctor and I was diagnosed with moderate to severe Vertigo. I was treated multiple times for this condition and now I have my life back again. When the good lord was giving out the parts for the best doctor Dr Sonderling was first in line. I am a retired medical rep who was in the field over 25 years and very much appreciate it when a doctor has amazing capabilities and more important great bedside manners when you combine that with the places he works out of with his staff you have the best you can get. On a bad day Dr Sonderling is better than most doctors on a good day. I hope this is helpful because it comes from the heart.

Nobody likes going to a doctor but when I know I have an appointment with Dr. Sunderland, I feel calm and confident that I am in the best hands. The staff is so pleasant and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Sunderland is a one of a kind. He always greets me with a million dollar smile and makes me feel like I am the only patient he has and that he really cares about my well being. No matter how many questions I have he always seems to have as much time as I need. Dr. Sunderland embodies everything that a doctor should represent. I have been a patient with Dr. Sonderling for over 10 years. I have great confidence in this doctor. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand manner. When there is a problem to solve he knows exactly what to do and recommend for medicine. He has an excellent way of relating to the patient and making you feel comfortable with him. He is highly educated with the best institutions. I would recommend him to anybody and feel grateful to have him. He also has a superb staff that is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The whole team starting with the doctor is first class and five star all the way.

I had received a positive test on Cologuard when I first contacted Dr. Sonderling's office. I was very concerned and they quickly fit me into his busy schedule. Everyone I encountered during my first visit showed compassion and interest in my situation. Dr. Sonderling was so reassuring and set up my colonoscopy for the following week. At the outpatient procedure center he talked with me before and after the procedure with expertise and kindness. It was a pleasant experience to meet a doctor who made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him.
