Very easy to talk to and explains the lab results

This physician forgets that we pay his salary. He is rude and uncaring. He walks into the room and gets on the computer. I have never seen him smile or show any kind of interest in what is going on. His staff are great...We are looking for another Doctor.

dr wilcox and his nurse practitioners act like they care but do not follow up or try to find the problem. "here take these pills and if you dont feel better in 5 days let me know". no further appt was made, no test run, not even examined for my problem. i was really disappointed in the results of how it is run. there are signs everywhere stating they dont give results over the phone to go the patient portal for results. the results are never posted and i always had to call for results and ask them to put the results on the portal.

Dr. Wilcox's lacks a little in bedside manner but is a very efficient doctor. His staff is wonderful. His p.a. and nurse practioner are very well informed and educated as well. I have found if i leave a message with the nursing staff, they are very prompt in returning my calls. I trust them as well as Wilcox to see to my families healthcare needs.

Dr Wilcox treated me extremely rude and uncaring. I had been with my prior doctor for 15 years and wanted a dr. closer to home, so I chose Wilcox. After suffering a heart attack I went to him to have several test run (not related to heart) he acted as though I lied to his staff about the reason I was there and would not address all my concerns, he would not even call, or have his staff call my insurance to get a pre-approval on my medicine. He could care less how bad you need the medicine. He also ran several tests on my heart before I had the attack, and they came back clear. I'm changing doctors. I had been going to him about a year.

Dr. Wilcox has been our family doc for about 9 years now, and we have loved him. He saved my father-in-laws life when know one else would do anything for him. When ever our insurance changes I always make sure he is on it before I choose.

No problems at all. In and out of the office is less than 30 minutes with about 10 minutes with Dr and 10 with the nurse.

I would not recommend him to anyone.
