Dr. Ingrid E Zimmer-Galler, MD

Technically qualified, Very poor communication skills. Does not like in depth questioning.Long waits in office ie. 1.5-2 hrs. standard. My operation was done by a Fellow under her supervision. I was not told in advance.

wait time is excessive

My family (mother and father, and myself) have been seeing Dr Zimmer-galler for 15 + years. She is thorough and patient. Johns Hopkins Wilmer for eye care can't be beat....all the Drs are fabulous!!

I've been going to the Wilmer Clinic for a number of years, first at Baltimore, now at Frederick, which is closer to home. Both places are superb, in my opinion, with very competent, most caring physicians. Although I have had to wait several times because a provider was running late, they always apologized for keeping me waiting, and I don't mind waiting for the best.
