Today I found information in my personal account that does not correspond to what I explained to the doctor and the employee of your clinic. I have provided important information about my condition and previous illnesses. This information about me is not listed in your report. I also found information in your report that I did not report about myself. Because none of your specialists have asked about it. I need an additional expert opinion on my condition. I reported problems with my health. Which previously caused major surgery for me. And my organs were removed. I reported similar symptoms to the doctor. But the doctor said that this is the norm and this is how it should be at my age. I need the opinion of another doctor at your clinic. I will be happy to make an appointment with the head doctor of your clinic and listen to his opinion.

The staff was courteous, polite, friendly, and kind. From the moment I entered the office to the time I spent with Dr. Reynolds, I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Dr. Reynolds made me feel at ease and able to ask all questions and she answered every one of them. I felt very comfortable in her presence and will highly recommend her.

She is very attentive. Listens and makes the visit a good experience

The 1st time I met Dr Reynolds she made me feel so comfortable,she has a beautiful personality, very caring, very gentle in her examinations. She responded with great understanding. Excellent demeanor. I know a great doctor when I see one. Have seen many wonderful doctors in NY and I can add Dr I. Reynolds to the list. The Lord BLESS YOU DR for your STERLING WORK. The staff members were very pleasant.

Dr. Reynolds has been the best doctor I have worked with in all of my 15 years in South Florida. She's patient, attentive and answers all questions in a way you can understand. Her bedside manner is extremely professional and caring. She's done two of my surgeries and was outstanding both times. She even called me on a Saturday to go over some questions I had instead of just having her assistant reply to my email. I've referred friends to her who have also had excellent experiences.

Terrible office staff is rude

Dr. Reynolds delivered my first born 10 yrs ago and she was awesome. Now we are going for number 2 and of course we choose her again. Delivery and check ups were a pleasure with her.

Really poor service, considering finding another doctor

Medical receptionist are not allowed to give you std results over the phone, eespecially when you're pregnant. The medical staff never gave the message to the doctor . so i Ieft the practice and found another OB to go to.

Unlike any other doctor that tries to assume diagnoses of what they think you have, Dr. Reynolds knows exactly what she's talking about and is extremely informative. I'm seeing her with my first pregnancy and since I'm high risk and get worried about certain weird symptoms I'm may experience, I'm also grateful for her patience and the ease of getting in contact with her on the phone. The staff is nice and is also concern when asked for information-I had NO problems with them.

I went one day to ask about a letter I had received regarding my insuranc and to schedule an appointment (being that I was there). When I got there I was the only person in the waiting area. I waited in front of the closed glass as this receptionist was sitting down seeing that I'm waiting and at this point other people started arriving. After some while she finally decided to open the glass. I told her I just have a question. She said, " Well you need to wait because I have to take care of all these people". I still sat down but after a few minutes I thought to myself I've been paying lots of money here to be treated like this when all I had was a simple question. Never again will I give them another visit. She's good but her staff has poor people skills and are very rude.

Front desk staff needs help, perhaps Customer Service training.

Avoid this doctor unless you like waiting over 2 hours, as was our experience. Some of the staff was rude and did not seem to care. The doctor was cordial but we will not return because anyone who cannot run an office with their patients as their primary focus, with courtesy time consciousness is not fit to deliver our baby.

I Have yet to meet a Dr. as caring and concerned about your well being as Dr. Reynolds.She takes time to explain things in a manner that you understand and is reassuring when you are not clear on the diagnosis. I am glad she was highly recommended.She's a great Doctor.

I have always avoided going to the doctor but since I began going to Dr. Reynolds, I no longer dread going for my appointments. She is wonderful - listens, is attentive and makes you feel comfortable.
