Dr. IYAD BAKER takes such great care of my family and I, I highly recommend him to everyone!

Forcefully retracted my 9 mo old son causing further complications. Also prescribed him an adult dosage of steroid but thankfully the pharmacist caught it! Filed a formal complaint with this doctor and the office still called me 1.5 yrs later saying I was missing appointments that I never made!

As a new patient, they have exceptional staff, from beginning to end. The CMA, Maria was kind, thorough and even did screenings that I would have never thought of doing. After meeting Dr. Baker, he is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my condition promptly. I absolutely love this office.

The receptionist staff is tolerable, there's one lady who is very rude and does not even bother to greet the patient as they walk in. Dr Baker had a very temperamental attitude, seemed annoyed and not interested in what was wrong with me. I didn't feel as a patient, more as a client that was being sold a service. He rushed me through the visit and made me feel uncomfortable with his short and abrupt answers. As a doctor I believe he should have been more tolerable with myself as a patient and should have had a better attitude towards my questions and concerns regarding my well-being.

Dr. Baker is an exceptional Family Practitioner. His knowledge of Medicine is exceptional.

I am never going back to this doctor. They ask you to come to office to even discuss your results & pay copay & will do all unnecessary BP , temp test again & bill your insurance !! Gave me wrong dosage on my prescription & had to struggle to get it corrected & lost money for wrong prescription as my online pharmacy filled it before I could even check it ! Over all bad service , not expected for a health care !

I brought my wife to Hackensack medical center with an illness and while there, the treatment to her didn't appear to be having any positive impact on her .I decided to call doctor baker not knowing he had an affiliation with the hospital,I reached out to him telling of my worries.the very next day he showed up and made accurate diagnoses with a decisive treatment plan which in turn saved my wives kidneys.thank you young doctor may god repay you and always guide you with his light .

I work near Dr Baker's office in Ridgefield Park. Last week my son ate a peanut for the first time, I panicked when my son ran to me crying that his throat was itchy and he had trouble breathing, we ran down the street to Dr Baker's office in complete panic. The office staff put us in a room immediately and within seconds Dr Baker was there giving my son an Epipen. Within minutes my son felt better, breathing well. I could have lost my son if this office staff and doctor was not as attentive as they were. MY HUSBAND AND I OWE EVERYTHING TO DR IYAD BAKER. I can not thank him enough.

I felt so at ease with Dr. Baker and felt he truly cared about me as an individual and that I wasn't just a job to him. I felt no fear and was not uncomfortable in any way.

I switched my daughter's pediatrician to Dr. Iyad Baker because there was not one doctor that was able to properly diagnose my daughter's body rash. My daughter had her rash for 9 months and at my first visit with Dr. Baker, he was able to diagnose it right away and treated her rash. Her rash never came back. Dr. Baker is a great doctor who knows how to diagnose and truly cares about his patients. I would recommend every mother to bring their child to Dr. Iyad Baker!

Dr. Baker is a fantastic doctor. After visiting the same pediatric doctor for almost ten years, I changed my family doctor because Dr. Baker is warm, sensitive, very patient, professional and most of all a great doctor. In addition to my children, my boyfriend and I both changed our family doctors to Dr. Baker. He is an excellent doctor and I am very proud to be his patient!

Dr. Baker and his staff came to Ridgefield Park in 2011, a community without a real doctor for years. Being 20 years old and out growing my pediatric doctor, I decided to go to him. After filling out a few forms, I was under the care of Dr. Baker.A few months later, I had an infected ingrown hair under my arm that grew into a abscess. I was in so much pain it essentially rendered my left arm useless. I went to Dr. Baker and he lanced it and drained the infection out. He knew exactly what to do and took care of it. Many other places make large incisions to drain abscesses but Dr Baker and his steady hand made an extremely small slice where the scar is barely visible. All-in-All he is a great doctor with a great staff and a great personality who knows what he's talking about. Highly recommended.

Dr. Baker is a wonderful Doctor who is truly dedicated to his profession. I am a new patient and he has taken great care of me. His bedside manner is extraordinary bevause he really takes his time with me and listens to my concerns. He is very thorough and shows great compassion as a physician. I have recommended my family and friends because he's the best thing to happen to Ridgefield Park. A very pleasant experience from beginning to finish every time I've been there.
