Dr. Jcinda J Bitters

I am my late 60's with multiple problems with my body. Some doctors have said I'm complicated and others "You are going to be a challenge" Dr Bitters handles my symptoms with ease. Needless to say I have seen a lt of doctors and Dr. Bitters has got to be one of the top to I have trusted with my health!.

Very caring. When my nephew died the next time I saw her I had a bit of a break down in her office. She was so compassionate and did not make me feel like she wanted to get on to the next patient. I have been blessed to have her as my primary physician!

Dr. Bitters does a great job listening to concerns and answering questions. I feel like we are well taken care of, and she is great with kids.

I have been seeing Dr Bitters for a few years and she is the nicest Doctor I have ever had. I can tell her anything and she guides me to better health!

Dr. Bitters and her staff make you feel welcome to their practice. They truly care about you as as person and not just another patient to be seen. Dr. Bitters truly is concerned about your health and wellbeing.we are very blessed to have her as our doctor.

Dr. Bitters took the time on a Saturday morning to call me with my test results. Calling me on her day off was above and beyond my expectations and greatly appreciated.

I really need to see my doctor about my increasing back pain. I called to see if they would be able to schedule a same day appointment. They adived that Dr Bitters nurse would call back. Within a few minutes her nurse call to let me know that she was able to squeeze me in that afternoon. The visit was great and X-ray department me feel Iike I was a photo shoot star. It was a great experience from my first call and as I said goodbye to the X-ray staff. Happiness to allð???

I would highly reccomended J'cinda. She amazing and cares about what you have to say. She was very good at explaining everything to me and took her time in doing so. She's an amazing woman!

Dr. Bitters listens and pay attention to the needs of her patients. She is proactive in providing health care and is very current in providing current medical diagnosis and treatment. She treats you like a person and not just another patient.

When I moved here 7 years ago, I had to find a doctor.And I think I got the best one for sure. She is just so kind and makes me feel at ease, no matter what kind of problem I might be having.

Within the past two weeks I have had to be seen for a foot problem. Dr. Bitters wasn't in so I went to the Clinic at Market Place. The staff there was great and felt good about what they did and said. Three days later I had to make an appointment with Dr. Bitters because the problem had escalated and now was very painful in my whole foot. Gout, again. But Dr. Bitters explained that it was hard to diagnose gout in the heel of the foot, but common in the ball part of the foot. In between these visits to the clinics I also had cataract surgery at the Surgery Center owned by West Valley Medical Group and I must say it was a rather eye opening experience. I can hardly wait to get the left eye fixed by Dr. McKinnon, who was recommended by Dr. Bitters. Thank you Dr. for your care and recommendations.

We have had CJ Bitters for several years. She is now our doctor for our whole family. She is very understanding and kind. She listens to us and has helped us many of times when we need her help. We are very thankful and blessed to have her as our family doctor. Her nurse Alyssa and other staff members are also very helpful and kind.

In my 60+ years, I have have had all to many doctors. Dr. Bitters has got to be the smartest of any of them. She has the ability to ask probing questions and has the answers quickly and accurately know what I need. II have rarely had this much confidence in a person of medicine.

Dr Bitters listens, asks pertinent questions and is easy to relate to when speaking about medical terminology. She cares and acts accordingly.
