Dr. Jack M Chapman, MD

Dr. Chapman removed cataracts on both of my eyes, replacing my lens with a toric lens. He is an amazing, caring doctor, who improved my vision from struggling to see to unbelievable sight! His ENTIRE professional staff is a group of kind, caring, and very skilled individuals, who truly seem to love their job and have the highest respect for Dr. Chapman and the patient as well. This is by far the best medical care I have received in my 66 years.

My first visit to Gainesville Eye Associates was absolutely the most refreshing visit to a medical practice I have experienced. From my initial call for a new patient appointment to the actual visit itself, everyone I came in contact with was professional and courteous. They seemed to enjoy working there and seemed to truly enjoy their interaction with the clients. This was obvious as associates calloed patients from the waiting room to the exam area. Dr. Chapman took considerable time in his interaction with me, from asking health related questions to explaining each part of the exam and the results. He has obviously stressed the importance of top of the line patient service to his team.Congratulations to the entire team for the effort placed on the patient experience.
