Video visit. She is always late first time 2 hr late. Second time 3 hr 15 min. This is very unprofessional. This is not acceptable. Then she had the nerve to put me down as a no show.

Dr and Nurse are outstanding The office staff not professional It takes repeated calls day after day to get them to follow through on processing paperwork to get medication They tell you they are doing it and do not and then are very rude when you call to ask if it was completed This has happened on two separate appointments

Dr and nurse are great very knowledgeable. Office staff rude and do not follow through on things that are important.Faxed paperwork took me seven calls to remind them what they promised would be done day of office visit.That was after first appointment. Second visit office staff promised to follow through on faxed paperwork by end of the day.Four days later and four reminder calls before it is taken care of.Office staff very rude and talk as if I am not important. I am seriously considering finding another Dr

The Dr. is great. But the office is completely unorganized and the wait time is horrendous.

The staff rarely opens the window, to gracefully and with care, acknowledge a patient. The patient has to talk through a closed or barely cracked open window. They are not gracious or patient friendly, they lack bed side manner. It was a very strange experience. We saw them motion people in, without words, in a crowded waiting room. We saw them call someone's name and already have walked down the hallway, leaving the patient to close the door and catch up, down the hallway. Extremely unprofessional staff. This dr needs to have serious staff training or replacements.

From other reviews, I am hearing that the Dr. associated with this office is fantastic, but I never got so far as to find out. The front office was in total disarray. In fact, I've never seen a front office so disorganized before. Private files were piled-up everywhere, and the receptionists were chatting with friends, ignoring patients and staff who were trying to get their attention. Maybe the Dr. is great? I don't know. I got out of there because I don't want my personal files to be so poorly managed. I hope if the Dr. is great, an effort will be made to hire someone who can better manage the front desk.

If you see the doctor and you need a prior authorization, you will never get your meds. I went back to their office after 2 weeks of no responses, they even said they will call me back several times. I called my insurance and they lacked giving them information to get this approved. This is a nightmare when it’s your life on the line.

Been going there for 5 years. Wait times are hour to hour and a half. Unfriendly staff. Dr. is good though.

Another patient lost, there is no organization in the office. They do not realize patients need to work and they didnt call to let me know the doctor was talking the day off- pre scheduled 3 mo in advance getting off work early??? Didnt find out until i called because my blood work order was expired - same day! Between the 1 1/2 hour wait to see the Dr and the schedule issues- i cant deal with them any more She is an amazing Dr - it is too bad

just wanted to commend the Dr and the great staff. thank you for your professionalism and being so kind to your patients

I like that my symptoms were listened to and that I am receiving medicine. I feel better. I did seem to be rushed out without information on what to expect from the meds, side affects and/or a better feeling of wellness. 75% of the appointments ran 1 hour late in the waiting room, then another 30 min in the actual room. Office staff is terrible. We recently moved and I have been trying to have them send my records to a new office for a week now. I've called 3 times and they still haven't sent it. The office staff is not professional.

I called just to make a new patient appointment. Unfortunately, that's as far as I got. The doctor may really be nice, but her staff is awful. I was placed on hold for a while . Then the person who answered the phone was rude telling me that it would be a long time before I could get it. I asked her what she meant, and very rudely she asked "What!" You're not at home, and I didn't address you that way, so don't speak to me in that manner. This is why people don't go to the doctor. It takes forever to get in and then you have to deal with all the BS on top of it.

Excellent Doctor and Staff very friendly and professional. They are fun loving group and takes time with me. The best Dr ever.

Dr. Gamio is professional & has a lovely personality. Her staff are all very nice, & extremely busy!

Spends the time to explain and makes sure people understand their individual issues. Sometimes a long wait. Waited an hour, but spent an hour with the doc in the exam room.

The doctor was very helpful and willing to explain to me however the receptionist is the most rude front desk person I have ever encountered. Everytime I have called or gone in she has no time to be bothered with and is just nasty. I would change doctors all together if not for the convenience of the office and the doctor is good.

She is the greatest Dr., she takes time to explain every detail with her patients. She is always happy and very out going, She really cares about her patients. Love, Love her she is the best. Her staff is also very good and friendly. She deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

I did not nor never have bad thyroid blood counts ! Was just told I was over weight and must be hypo thyroid and given medicine that poisoned me! I lostt my hair gained weight and broke out in hives! I do not trust this dr she does not listen! I have a pituatary problem not a thyroid !

Love the doc, but my waiting time, both times, was way too long. Average of 1/2 to 45 min. in the waiting room AND 1/2 hour in the patient room. I would suggest calling the office to see if she is running on time.
