Dr. James Allen Chappell, DO

Dr Chappell is a very caring, understanding Dr He takes his time with you, explains everythiing to you. He goes out of his way to help you. My mother came to visit me , I had an appointment with Dr Chappell. I told her to come with me and ask him what you can do for your high blood pressure. He asked my mother if she liked walnuts. She told him yes, Dr Chappell told her to eat 2 handfuls of walnuts a day, that it would help with her blood pressure. before we left, he took my moms blood pressure. It was very high. We stopped at farmers market and she bought Walnuts. Within an hour her blood pressure was almost normal. I would diffentely recommend him.

Takes time to talk to you about your issue and isn't in a hurry to push you out the door like other places. Friendly staff too.

Nothing bad to say about this doctor, waiting time short and if for some reason there is a delay in being seen, the nurse comes out to explain this to the waiting patient. Office staff friendly and knows you by name when you walk in the door. No matter how bad I have felt when going to see the doc here, I have never not left the office without a good laugh because the Dr. C is just the kind of guy that can make you feel better before treatment begins, talking and joking with the patient will still examing and finding the cause of the problem. When it's time for serious then he is all business and takes the time to explain and answer questions about diagnosis and treatment plans and outcome expected. He talks to you like you matter and isn't in a hurry to get you in and out of the office. He takes his time to make sure you understand. That is the mark of a good doctor.

DR. CHAPPELL IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. HE REALLY HELPS PEOPLE. HIS STAFF IS SUPERB TOO. I TRUST HIM TO MY MEDICAL CARE.
