Best and most caring doctor I’ve met

First experience was good, however when I needed an urgent attention from my primary care doctor B. Wilson. The receptionist were unprofessional, they told me they only saw sick patients since its Friday and they left at noon. If I wasn't sick I wouldn't have called out of work, to go see my doctor. Usually when offices don't take walk in, they offer to call you in case there is a cancellation. This office refused to offer me cancellation appointment slots because they didn't have any, well obliviously I called at 8am. Add me to the list in case someone cancels? No we leave at noon, and we don't have any cancellation today. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DON'T ITS 8AM !!! ADD ME TO THE LIST !!! Sir... would you like to make an appointment for next week? I just called Aetna, and they told me that the office should've seen me today. The fact that I said I had something going on, should've been an indication that I do need medical care. Aetna tech on the line, was surprised they said they only see sick patients. As if we go to the doctors for anything else... Dr. B. Wilson, you are a great doctor, I would have loved to kept coming back to you for care. This is my second year seeing Dr. Wilson. He has always been very thorough and explains things in a way that I can easily understand. I've seen many doctors during all my years and Dr. Wilson is by far the best.

You are amazing and when I'm in need of an appointment or a referral so appreciate the expeditious process and such a friendly staff that really care. Going through health issues and knowing that I have a doctor that I can truly trust. Thank you and your entire team for quick response time and short wait and excellent service.

My husband and I both moved from NY to Clermont, FL so we needed a primary physician, Dr Wilson comes very highly recommended by another doctor we visited in Clermont. Our visit to his clinic went great!! the staff was very friendly and Dr. Wilson was awesome. I would recommend doc to family friends

Dr. Wilson has been my PCP for more than 5 years. I have found him to be an excellent care giver who treats his patients with compassion and knowledge. His staff is top notch as well and I recommend him to any one looking for a PCP.
