Dr. James Richard Best, MD

Saw this Dr. today in an Urgent Care Clinic. He truly needs to work on his bedside manner. He’s condescending with his remarks and makes you feel dumb. He has no interest in what you’re trying to tell him about your own body and situation. I will never be seen by him again.

Saw him in a walk in clinic so I should have already expected a hasty and inattentive visit. Gave his diagnosis based on a symptom that I explicitly told him I did not have. When I stopped him to clarify again that I was not experiencing the symptom he was detailing he said "well what do you think is wrong since you dont seem to be accepting what im telling you". Would rather have suffered at home in my bed than waste my time being talked down to for 10 minutes before being rushed out of his office.

Definitely gives off the impression that he doesn't much care for his patients. Doesn't listen to you when you explain your symptoms. Rushes the appointment. I do NOT recommend this guy?
