I have been having foot pain for months now and finally decided to see someone else. Dr. Goris was able to give me a steroid shot that had already made a difference. I recommend him.

Friendly smiles and pleasant nurses. Doctor assistant was efficient. Doctor was very thorough and assessed the problem quickly. Manor was very couteous and gentle. Would recomend him to friends over other orthopedists. Boot was fit to my leg properly whereas that placed on at hospital was not.

If I could give 0 I would! I have went to him for several yrs. and knew he did not have the best bedside manner but thought OK I can deal with that! I went to him for some pain in my foot. I rarely go to the dr. and this was a 10 pain. Dr. Gorris walked in the room and never really looked me in the eye and kept looking@ my foot and telling me that on Xray it was arthritis of sm bones. Not much to be done!!! I asked for a steroid shot and he really didn't want to do it but he did! Still not looking @ me he gave me a shot in the top of my foot with no numbing agent or freezing it! He just stuck the needle in and preceded to push the medication in @ a rapid rate! I thought my middle Toe would explode! Dr never asked if I was in pain or anything! My husband and I both felt he was angry and was doing this on purpose!! My husband and I agree we will not be returning!

Dr Goris has always been good at taking care of my needs. I recommend him to all my friends who need orthopedic care.

Dr Goris was to the point and answered all my questions. A diagnosis was given and the option was mine for conservative versus surgical treatment. I opted for conservative since no further harm would be done. Didn't really want surgery but ended up having to proceed due to symptoms. Went through surgery, recovery was exactly how it was explained and I am back to normal. Dr Goris is awesome and the comments I've read are ridiculous!

He was the worst ortho I have seen. I've spent the last 5 years playing a full contact sport, so I've had a few. Goris spent 2 minutes barely moving my knee and referred me to physical therapy. He was dismissive and answered one question as he ducked out the door. After seeing another ortho, I have a missing chunk of cartilage in my knee which will be treated with surgery in Indianapolis. Goris is a joke. Don't trust your kids with his shoddy medical advice.

Awful dr

Horrible. Doc tells me I have deep tissue bruise in the back of my arm then sends me to physical therapy. No x-rays just ask me a few questions. I had to go see another doctor to find out I had a disk in my neck causing my arm pain. I wouldn't take my dog to Goris.

e.went to dr goris for shoulder surgery. Did first surgery and he sent me back to work too soon. Had to have a second surgery that now has left me with pain and swelling. He wants to do another surgery and because it is workman comp I have to let him. I lost my back pay, lost my job and now suffer with pain on a daily basis. I would not recommend him to any one. He doesn't have you finish therapy, won't make sure you have pain meds, and down right don't care. Don't go to him

I came to this website to share how good of an experience I had with Dr. Goris and was SHOCKED at the comments written on here. Not only do I suspect they are inaccurate, I strongly believe some of them are dead wrong. I have had shoulder pain for years but put off treatment for a variety of reasons. Finally, it got to the point where I could not delay treatment any longer. I asked a few friends who they would recommend for a shoulder problem and nearly all agreed he would be the best choice.I was able to schedule an appointment with him for the day after I called. I had very little wait time before he came into the room. After an exam he said he suspected a rotator cuff injury. A MRI was performed which confirmed this. We scheduled surgery for 8 days later and now I feel like a new person.Dr. Goris was always kind, easily reachable and I never had issues with pain medication. I would recommend him to everyone and do!

My daughter recently saw Dr. Goris and I was so impressed by both his professionalism and accuracy in providing a quick diagnosis that I felt the need to share. At our first appointment we did not have to fill out a book of paperwork. We simply met with a staff member who talked to us to get our information. This was so much nicer, and quicker, than other specialtists office that we have visited before. Within minutes she was in x-ray and shortly after that in a room. Before the nurse could even shut the door and finish telling us we were next Dr. Goris came in to see my daughter. She is now doing much better (broken wrist bone) and x-rays show the bone is no longer broke. Thanks to Dr. Goris, his nurse and all the toher staff!

I recently saw Dr. Goris and think he's great. My shoulder was really hurting and he had to do surgery. Now it is all better and I no longer have pain!!!

This man sells his license to the insurance companies for the highest bid. I went to see him for a back injury and he said there was nothing wrong (sore muscle)and that I had reached MMI. I then went to an independent MD. 1st a neurologist and he informed me that I should see a neurosurgeon asap. I went to the neurosurgeon and have had several corrective surgeries. Because of the delay from Dr. Goris stating I was MMI I was almost was tied to a wheelchair for the rest of my life.
