Dr. James Howard Simpson, MD

I think Dr.simpson is a very good doctor. Im very grateful to have him as my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Simpson since I moved to the area just over 2 years ago! Dr. Simpson and his staff are wonderful and I have very, very, very rarely ran into any problems and the one time I did, it was a honest mistake and was taken care of immediately. The doctor and staff have always been more than nice to myself and my daughter! We will be moving soon and it is going to be very difficult to find another doctor that I liked as much as Dr. Simpson.

Easy to get an appointment and you don't have to wait very long. Unless they think you came with someone else! Dr. Simpson and his assistant nurse was very caring the first time I went. They made me feel at home and very cared for. After that visit everything changed. I waited 2 months for referrals. I even called and asked for them to please send them! I also got blamed for having a whole prescription when I didn't, every time I needed my refill. They have made me cry over 3 times. I brought my friend that had cancer with me to an appointment and she had to wear a mask so she wouldn't get exposed to illness. And when the nurse came in she asked in a rude manner, " Why you wearing that mask, and have a hat on?", my friend replied I have cancer and I cannot be exposed to anyone that may be sick, and I am wearing a hat because my head stays cold cause I don't have any hair from my treatments! After she told the nurse that she said, " Oh, I am sorry to hear that hun." My friend then told me after she saw how I got treated at my appointment that day, that they don't pay me for their services, I PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES AND I DON'T DESERVE TO GET TREATED LIKE THAT BY PEOPLE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO CARE ABOUT YOU. I NOW HAVE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!
