I have made several visits to Southeastern Spine. Each visit was professional and very courteous. Each time Jessica explained my problem and each time she was correct. This visit was no different. Three days later my pain level has dropped from 8 to 3. Thank you to the entire staff. Colonel

Dr. Jolley has wonderful bedside manners, is patient, considerate and professional. Denise Croft is excellent. But the staff who takes care of making and canceling appointments leave a lot to be desired. I had to cancel an appointment today and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then, when an indifferent-sounding receptionist finally came online she quickly asked for my date of birth and said, "You want to cancel?" When I said yes, she just hung up! I was shocked. No, response... just hung up! This was not my first disappointment with the same unpleasant staffer. Despite Dr. Jolley's excellent treatment I do not feel I have to put up with this unprofessional, apathetic staffer any more. He should take a closer look at those who are overseeing his office!

Dr Jolley is a Spinal Specialty orthopedic surgeon and he thinks “outside the box”. During spinal surgery, he found a bone spur impinging my spinal column. Pain had been unbearable and he explored until he found it. I adore his skill and his creative thinking!

I went to several doctors who kept prescribing me drugs without a real solution. After my surgery I have been pain free for 6 years. Great staff, great PA and doctor experience on my end.

I have just had my third surgery from dr. Jolley (each unrelated to the others) Dr jolley has never missed a day following up in the hospital after each surgery. He spends time answering questions from both my wife and I. He is never in a rush to get out of the room. His staff is beyond helpful each time I call with a question or concern. His assistant Jessica Scott spends all the time I need with me at office visits and shows great concern with my issues and provides fast appointments for follow up procedures. They try everything they can possibly do to avoid surgery and do not push pills on me. Once surgery has become the only option left they have been preformed promptly and professionally as well as spot on the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend his firm to anyone seeking proper relief but not to pill seeking patients because he is not that kind of dr.

Went in for an epidural injection today and Dr. Jolley and his nurse was GREAT. They helped me relax. They both are so down to earth and so helpful.

Dr. Jolley and his staff have always gone above and beyond the norm to help me and my family. He has done back and neck surgery on me as well as many epidurals and has done surgery on both my brother and father. He does not let insurance issues stand in his way and has always gotten us into surgery right away when we needed it. No waiting for months on insurance to catch up. One day I could not lift my arm, in a few days he replaced a disk in my neck. A few weeks later I had full function of my arm again. One day I could not walk without a cane, a few days later he did an epidural and I was showing 20 llamas on an obstacle course Words cannot express enough how much this Dr has improved me and my family's lives. . . . ..

I'm seeing Dr.Jolly as a returning patient because I had such wonderful outcome from a surgery he did 6 years ago,that when a new problem presented going to him again was a NO BRAINER!!

HE IS A REAL IDIOT THAT TOTALLY MESSED MY NECK UP PARALYSING MY RIGHT ARM. HAD TO GET A NUROSURGEON TO CORRECT AND EVEN THE NURO DOCTOR SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS BEING IN THE PRACTICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR - YES YOU MIGHT GET A GOOD RESULT, BUT I DOUGHT IT. THE STAFF WAS GREAT, BUT HE IS NOT.

Overall Dr.Jolley was spot on with his diagnosis and the procedure went off without a hitch. After my surgery I was able to get up and walk with relative ease considering my procedure. If he would educate most all of his staff on how to be courteous and keep the patient in mind with being first he would have one of the best offices in the southeast.

The staff (if you can get anyone on the phone) is useless. Dr Jolley did my surgery and I've been in pain for 3 years post op. He doesn't care and said I needed surgery on my neck and that it was his favorite surgery to perform (lucky me). I feel like a piece of meat he wants to butcher not a patient. I wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Jolley and team have gone above and beyond to help me. Not only to treat me but to deal with insurance and employers. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Jolley to everyone that needs treatment. Yes, I've had surgery. He's had to replace several discs in my neck that were in very bad shape; PT just made it worse. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the surgeries he's had to do. Also, Rebecca is very nice and understanding. She's very good at what she does. I've seen her numerous times.

Dr jolley is the best doctor i have ever worked with. I have had severe pain in my neck and pain and numbness in the left arm and hand, dr jolley performed my second neck fusion on oct 30 2015 . He explained to me in detail what he was going to do and he done nothing less, he has a great bedside manner and i will continue to treat with him. I now have had 2 neck fusions, 1 low back fusion and several laminectomys and i will most likely need 1 more back fusion and doctor jolley is the only doctor that i will have do that. Dr jolley and his staff are 2nd to none

Terrible DR, Flirts more with the nurses than trying to find the cause of pain.

Dr.Jolley makes sure you understand the issues wrong and is real humble and sincere in getting the issues fixed. He tells the options you have and then helps you make the right one, not only is he good he has a wonderful staff to, Great nurse and staff that gets everything completed and makes sure to its completed. I am very thankful i chose him.

Dr Jolley came highly recommend. My appt was made through my dr. office. I was seen one time by Jolley and twice by dr jessica Scott. Surgery was finally a have to once my disc shattered at L-5 and L-6 . I was in a wheelchair in severe pain and surgery I THOUGHT would be quick, little did I know I would have to wait weeks before surgery. Finally after many calls surgery was set,be there at 7am surgery at 10. Day of surgery I was there early n prepped by 8am...I kissed my gf and was taken back...I didnt see Dr Jolley til 5:35 pm..YES THATS RIGHT I LAYED IN A PRE OP AREA FOR OVER 9 hours!!! My gf was frantic after several hours and demanded information only then did she find out that dr Jolley wasnt even at the hospital (this was at :330pm) at 5pm dr jolley walked in to waiting area and ahe asked how I was only to be told that I was next for surgery. 3 WKS LATER SURGERY AGAIN. NOW IM STILL IN PAIN AND GETTING A SECOND OPINION. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND JOLLEY TO ANYONE AT THIS POINT. 2YRS AND MANY APPT. I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT HE LOOKS LIKE. SHOULDN'T YOU KNOW WHO OPERATES ON YOU .

Dr. Jay Jolley & Staff are all so very great in every way "A-Z". I highly recommend Dr. Jay Jolley, for any and everyone experiencing any type of orthopedic pain. He is by far the BEST!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jolley for a second opinion. He was professional, courteous, has great patient relations and explained in details my options. Every visit his staff has always treated me with respect. Very friendly group and really cares about their patients and their families. My wait time in lobby has never exceeded 10 minutes and once I was in the exam room the doctor or Rebecca Payne was in the room in less than 15 minutes. Rebecca Payne is a professional and has excellent bedside manner. She wants to help her patients and cares for all patients. She listens to her patients understands. She is very friendly. Did not review latest MRI until day of surgery, stated I needed a spinal fusion instead of procedure diskectomy we had talked about for 12 months. I had been back in surgery holding area for over 5 hrs I had giving been something to calm me down , so he says day of surgery I need spinal fusion instead of planned procedure but states oh insurance want pain for it anyway, with no family member in surgery holding area with me, he states well we will just go with this. He knew up front this procedure would be of no benefit to me but because insurance company had approved he decides to do it anyway. I was too sedated to make appropriate choice to wait and have spinal fusion, he did procedure that was of no value to me and fracture my spine.
