I went to Dr. Klosterman in the past (about 7 years ago) so it was a no brainer to return to him with my new injury. It took 2 weeks to finally get my appointment and when I did see him he ordered the expected MRI. After the MRI I checked my online patient mychart with the impression of my ankle reading "fractures" and a tendon "split." Reading these words made me afraid my ankle needed immediate attention. I called the office and received the reply he would call me Wednesday. When I did not receive a call I called them and they said he would call the next Monday. I did not receive a call Monday so I called. The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed I was calling again. It was 21 days after my initial appointment his nurse (not him) called me with results of my MRI and a reference to a doctor that specialized in ankles. This was a month of back a forth wasted and in pain that, if he would've suggested earlier, may not have been wasted if the referral was done sooner.

The triceps on my right arm were torn. Dr. Klosterman repaired the damage but I developed an infection. I told him up front that I get infections easily. He and his staff helped me get into an infection clinic. The infection was very stubborn and he finally released me. There was nothing more he could do. I went to Dr. Tim Harmon. He not only operated and cleaned out the affected elbow, took out the damaged sutures and placed antibiotic beads but got me off the infection vacuum pump . I am 100% healed. I know that Dr. Klosterman has great reviews but please get at least two opinions. It is your only body. I have friends who take their cars into other mechanics for second opinions

After therapy and rest did not work, Dr. Klosterman surgically repaired my right knee. I could not be more satisfied with the level of service he and his staff provided. He explained all of my options and answered my questions thoroughly. My knee feels great and I am able to get back to my normal activities again. In fact, I ran 10 miles this weekend completely pain free. Thanks again Dr. Klosterman!

Thank you Dr K. I am one month out from my surgery. While I know this may not be the same for everyone, I had Zero pain from day 1. I am walking without a cane for the first time in years.

Walked a 1/2 marathon this fall after my hip replacement. Ready to get my other hip done.

The team effort works very well. I felt engaged from the time I checked in. Was brought to the exam room before I could complete my paperwork. I felt very comfortable with our discussion and they spent time to answer all my questions. Dr K (and Chris, I think his PA) took time to explain the expectations regarding treatment options. Highly recommend.

My mother Had hip replacement elsewhere. Finally got answers on why she was having constant pain. A shoe lift was all it took to solve a year worth of problems. I am thankful that he took the time (nearly 45 minutes) to review my mothers records and work with her to solve the problem.

Dr. K. has done both a knee replacement and a hip replacement for me. Both went as well as anyone could hope. The hip is now completely healed and works like a natural joint. The knee is healing well.
