Really Nice and Patient Dr. but We just where Left Without a way of getting Patient Records or Referrals to another Physician When He Left and Closed His Practice We Did Not Receive Any Type of Notice. I felt this was Very Unprofessional due to the fact of having Cancer and Needing Pertinent Medical Info as Well As Other Paients with Many Serious Medical Issues. Again No Problem with Him as Person or Dr. Just His Leaving without Notice or being able to get Medical Ino.
