Dr. James Matthews Williams, MD

Dr Williams has been my PCP for 11+ yrs...& he had an often hard & difficult patient treat since I never fit the mold. We have had our ups & downs but he's always been there for me & treated me w/exceptional care. I for one think we are fortunate to have such a doctor in our community! And if you have to wait a little longer at your appointment, it's because he's taking the time to actually listen to you.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, I am here from Nevada. I am on some very serious medicine and when I called Chn-Green Lake to make an appt forimary care physician and I was treated HORRIBLE by first the front office staff, and then by the nurse.The doctor said I need to come in and have records sent BEFORE I COULD SEE A DOCTOR. AND THEN THEY WANT ME TO WAIT UNTIL THE END OF MARCH... REALLY?? VERY VERY VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF. I WOULD HOPE THEY WOULD RECONSIDER BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE CALLED AND SPOKEN WITH MY PHYSICIANS IN NEVADA!!

Dr. Williams is one of those doctors who really cares. I have been seeing him for 5 years. He listens and takes the time he needs to get to the root of the problem. While it is often not easy to get a timely appointment and I sometimes have to wait extra time at the office, I don't mind these things because I know he's taking his time to listen to another patient who needs him. Some day that might be me.
