Dr. James Randall Mull, MD

This doctor dismissed me, an existing patient, because I complained about the poor service I was receiving. I have never heard of a doctor sending a patient away for expressing legitimate concerns. Extremely unprofessional.

Had a 12:15 appointment time it’s now 2:00 still have yet to be in to see the doctor and still 2 people ahead of us. Don’t plant on keeping your appointment time if you come here! Unacceptable!!

Seen Dr. Mull for a knee revision. I was in pretty bad shape and had been for 6 years. After 2 years with the VA merry-go-round, Dr. Mull accepted the challenge. What a difference. I was up and walking the same day after surgery. I never would have expected that. Within 2 weeks I was off the walker and walking without any aids. Dr. Mull promised he would have me walking. And that he did. A warm, sincere doctor who will explain things to you that you can understand. Thanks, Dr. Mull! You did an outstanding job. My family is grateful for your service.

VISITED DR. MULL, WAS VERY CONSISE, INFORMATIVE AND BASICALLY GAVE THE OPTIONS AND TREATMENTS TO YOU IN ONE BOWL. TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND HOW TO MAKE THEM BETTER. NO PRESSURE. GOOD MANNERS.

Awesome Doctor

Dr. Mull is the greatest!!! He listens and does not jump to a surgical solution. I trust him implicitly.

I had many people recommend him before I made my appointment and have never regretted it. Caring, concerned and personally involved in my treatment and follow up. I have since recommended him to others.

I never really got to have much conversation with the man but I was told I was in his top 10 of bad shoulders its been 5 months since the operation I couldnt be more pleased I am about 80% back to normal and the one request I asked of him was to be able to throw a softball with my daughter and he made it happen thank you so much Dr. Mull

I thought this doctor was going to help me, but he just cut me loose. I have a bad knee, not sure what is tore up, but his office called me, told me I had a lateral meniscus tear that is imposed, then they called me three hours later and told me I just had a bad spained knee. I wonder who told him not to treat me.

I highly recommend Dr. Mull! I had a great experience with him and it is nice to have a surgeon with a good bedside manner. I will definitely go back if I need anything else done.

If you have a sever hand injury, my advice is to stay as far away from this doctor as possible. Last month i was shot in the hand and shattered my fifth metacarpal. Was referred to by ER Dr. Big mistake. On first visit, Dr. Mull didn't even bother to come in and look at injury. Sent his nurse practitioner instead. Said there was NOTHING that could be done to repair hand. Let it heal on its own and come back in three weeks to see Dr. Mull. After three weeks, went back and after more than an hour and a half waiting in lobby, realized I may need second opinion. Just got back from Hand specialist in San Antonio. First thing I was told was this needed surgery immediately. Scheduled for surgery now, but damage was done. Due to this Dr's uncaring attitude, there is no chance for my hand to heal completely now. Don't risk your health, Go Somewhere Else.

However, his office staff, nurses, office manager are the rudest, laziest most deceitful people I have ever come across. They blatantly lied to Dr. Mull, made up deceitful vicious lies to make-up for their poor quality of work. It is a shame to lose having a physician I have grown to trust with my care, because of the poor excuse of office personnel.I am embarrassed to say I actually referred and recommended many friends and patients to his office.

Dr. Mull has treated my Mother-in-Law (hip replacement), my son (severe broken arm), my wife (two knee replacements), and myself (shoulder, knee). Every experience with him has been great. I highly recommend him.

I had knee surgery and was totally pleased with my out come. Dr. Mull is an excellent surgeon. He was very caring and concerned with my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Mull

Have had nothing but trouble, pain, and swelling since the initial surgery. Hope he will get the problem solved!! Giving the benefit of doubt for now!
