He might be great when it comes to tummy tucks, etc. But when it comes to implants after you have had a metastatic he BOTCHES, You end up looking like something out of the wild (Frankenstein, monster) If you are considering him think again. He has had to re-do my surgery twice and my breast still look like something foreign. His staff is very friendly.

Fabulous experience! He and his staff are very thorough and friendly. I was apprehensive, but was assured I would be well taken care of. I am so happy with my results!

I came to Dr. Saar to remove ruptured silicone implants from my second cancer reconstructive surgery. From the minute I walked into his office, the receptionist was warm and friendly. His nurse Leigh Ann explained everything in depth and was so reassuring. Then Dr. Saar comes in and I immediately felt at ease. He was very confident and told me exactly what to expect. He performed a “not fun” explanation of previous implants which he didn’t implant. Many surgeons won’t even attempt that. He has been absolutely wonderful with each and every follow up visit. He is very much of a perfectionist and I can’t more highly recommend anyone!

Dr. Saar is a great doctor. He’s very kind and has great bedside manners. I have gotten to know him, Leighanne and the rest of his staff. They make you feel very welcome. I will miss them all when I’m finished.

Staff is great but he just has no personality and an attitude of he could care less.

Dr. Saar is a wonderful doctor who is very compassionate, he cares about his patients concerns, he goes the extra mile to make sure your happy with all surgical results. I find Dr. Saar to be very professional, realistic and down to earth, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a surgeon . Unlike some doctors he tells you the truth, he does not perform unnecessary procedures.

when I decided to have plastic surgery, I consulted with several doctors in Tyler. Once I met Dr. Saar and his nurse Le Ann, I was sold. He spoke to me, not at me. There's was no question or concern that they didn't answer or put to rest for me. From the moment I walked in, till this day ( 2 yrs later), I know I picked the perfect Doctor. I'm almost impossible to please, but his work is a master piece. He gave me back my self confidence, self esteem, made me beautiful. I now want to have a mini tummy tuck and Dr. Saar will also be doing that. There's no fear this time because I know what to expect, how I will be taken care of and I trust him with everything. I lost weight and decided to have a tummy tuck. I researched cosmetic surgeons in Oklahoma, as I heard the cost was less expensive. After two different referrals and two consults which both sounded good, I decided to check locally. After calling the Center for Cosmetic Surgery for a phone consult, and comparing the prices, I found that it was actually going to be less expensive in Tyler. The phone consult (sorry I forgot your name!) was very detailed and easy. All my questions were answered. I made an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Saar-couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, honest caregiver. I felt the time he spent in the consult was not just routine, but centered around me and my questions and concerns. He told me with the type of surgery (tummy tuck and thigh lift) that I would be spending the night in the hospital with Trinity Mother Frances nurses attending me. This was mandatory for him with this type of surgery. What a relief to know I would not be sent home after major surgery! The cost was minimal, the comfort and care given-priceless. Included in the pricing, was continuous care. I have been back several times, all at no additional cost. Dr Saar is very detailed and geared toward perfection! I felt complete confidence in his work and I couldn't be happier with the results! His nurse, Leigh Ann, is phenomenal. I never feel like I am a bother, even with the smallest question! She is always responsive to voice mail and very in tune to my questions and concerns! As stated-best decision ever.
