Dr. James Talano is a dedicated cardiologist who takes wonderful care of his patients.

Dr. Talano reminds me of a doctor that I had when I was growing up and living in a small town in Indiana. He is friendly and takes the time to discuss your condition and test results. Doctors like this are few and far between. I know that cost constraints have limited doctor patient interaction, so when you find this trait, it is very refreshing.

Can give enough accolades concerning the staff and more importantly the treatment I received at Dr. Talano's office. Wait time was less than 20minutes, and yet Dr. Talano spent at least 45 minutes with me discussing examination results, and options. Every facet of the results were discussed in detail using layman's terms. Never thought I would welcome going to a doctors office. As far as the staff goes. Each one had their specific agenda to perform, all with professionalism and friendliness. If one is looking for a cardiologist in SW Florida, seek no more. DR. TALANO is the one

Dr. Talano is by far the most knowledgeable Cardiologist in Naples. Always a pragmatist, never an alarmist, he is cool, collected and handles his patients as if they were relatives. I personally have an 18 year experience with Dr. Talano and I know I am in the best practice I could be in. Complete confidence in his judgement.

Dr. Talano is a smart caring physician who takes the time you need for the appointment. He is straightforward and explains things fully.

Dr Talano gave me a thorough physical exam and reviewed my medical history documentation at length. Dr Talano spent a good deal of time explaining the likely cause of my chest pains based on my other symptoms and by a process of elimination. Dr Talano believed that my chest pains were not cardiac related but recommended a nuclear stress test to confirm this diagnosis. The test was scheduled for 2 days later and Dr Talano called me at 6:30 PM to give me the good news, normal cardiac function. Dr Talano than gave me a script for a CT scan to rule out lung functions issues. I had the CT scan performed at NCH hospital in Naples and await the result. All in all, I felt that Dr Talano gave me access to the best state of art cardiac treatment available today, anywhere. Most importantly, Dr Talano's patience and demeanor made me feel that I was in very good hands.

He is a great doctor and person. He truly cares about the patients. He works long hours and returns calls quickly in emergency.
