Dr. James Wesley Bean

Every time I show there is ALWAYS something!!! Sends me to the wrong location by text reminder, the doctor has me scheduled as the 1st patient but doesn't arrive until an hour after they open, an hour wait is minimal and pretty much mandatory from this guy!! The nurses helping me give me more answers and information then he does ( he is rushing to catch up with the other patients because he is always an hour behind) so dont expect any details or care instructions from him. Just completely careless I had a knee surgery and I've never had so many issues with any doctor like I do this 1. This was my 14th surgery and by far the worst care I've ever been given. I do NOT recommend him save yourself the torture and headaches!!! Today I was scheduled and no one called me to tell me the dr wouldn't be in today the nurse admitted they knew for 2 days but no one informed me. The nurses are good, no complaints about them but he let me go to this appt today knowing he wouldn't be there. COMPLETELY INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.!!!!

I believe he is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in El Paso, he has done eight procedures on me and I won’t let any other surgeon do any procedures on me. Great bedside manners and makes you feel really comfortable before during and after your surgery.

Worst bedside manner ever, rude and always in a hurry to get you out of the office! The staff are a bunch of IDIOTS!

He is joke that isn’t funny! Dropped me after 9 visits, told me to go back to my previous doctor. Staff is the worst most incompetent group of fools ever.

Dr. Bean has been my Ortho Dr for the past 4.5 years, he worked on my Rt. Knee for a torn Miniscus and then 3 yrs later a Total Knee Replacement, I followed Dr Bean from his old practice to his new and present practice, because that is how much I believe in him and have the utmost respect and trust in him. He is caring and kind and always ready to listen to any and all concerns. His bed side manner is awesome. Although he may be a bit strict with some of his staff members, I believe its done to show that he does things with order and precise attention. I highly recommend Dr. Bean to anyone looking to change doctors or acquiring a new one. Lisa Fahey

Dr.bean is one amazing person. This gentleman is outstanding Doctor , surgeon. Dr. Bean is very caring and I owe him a million thank you for making my knees normal. I think he is awesome and he is family in our book. Thank you
