Dr. Jan Qianyu Wu, MD

I like Dr. Wu a lot and I trust her knowledge and diagnoses. She takes her time, asks me questions and listens - actually listens - to my answers. She also explained my condition and the multi-stage treatment a few times until I felt that I understood. I would trust her with life-threatening derm conditions.

By far the WORST medical appoint I have ever experienced. Dr Wu is very rude, non compassionate. I would not recommend her to anyone. She walked in for the appointment and had her mind made up what was wrong with me. Did not do a full examination on areas that needed to be addressed, did not let me complete history. Started giving steroid shots without my consent. In my records it is clearly stated no steroids. Did not take anything for further examination.

Dr. Wu has been my doctor for 12+ years, she has always treated me with upmost respect, always been very kind and excellent in her diagnosis's. I find her to be a wonderful doctor, and I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary doctor. And all of her nurses have been more than just kind to me...very receptive, very respective. I can not say enough about her or her nurses. And for that matter most all of the staff at Okemos Family Practice.

Dr. Jan Wu is remarkable in every way. I never feel rushed when our appointment begins. She is open hearted and open minded, and discusses things thoroughly with me. She has been a wonderful doctor... and I very much appreciate and respect her for her competence and bedside manner.
