Critical: Professionalism, Quality of care , Knowledge of Complex PTSD Integrity of logging entire medical notes & symptoms of Patient , does not request past medical records for Diagnoses, or valid referrals for any urgent medical crisis .

She is so friendly and personable, in her quiet, sweet way. She listens to everything I tell her...and focuses on what the actual issue is...very attentive and thorough.

SHE IS THE BEST. She helped me a lot the times came she listens to me unlike other doctors and she seems to always get to the bottom of it.

The doctor is wonderful she’s been my doctor since I was small. But the office needs to do a better job. Front desk assistant barely picks up phone calls and never calls back. It gets irritating.

I really like the staff and usually am happy with my appointments, however, i am not happy with the time lapse between getting a X-ray etc. and getting a call from the doctor or nurse. I had my X-ray on Monday and had not heard anything by Thursday night. That's not acceptable.

I highly recommend Dr. Houtz if you are looking for a regular Doctor. She is extremely professional and also very personable. Very easy to communicate with. She also happens to be a very good Doctor!

Dr. Houtz spends about 30 to 45 minutes with you for a regular appointment, she listens, is thoughtful, compassionate and her staff check back to see how things are. Her office is small and personable and very efficient. It has the feel of modern medicine with great old timey values. I totally recommend her!

She is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors that I have seen in quite some time. She is superior to anyone else I have visited in her diagnostic ability. She does a thorough evaluation and gets to the root cause of a problem. In my opinion, she is a cutting edge internist.
