Very caring and thorough doctor

Dr. Lynch is always considerate and caring, she works quickly but is familiar with my husband’s condition and history. I hate that she’s leaving Staunton but we’ll follow her because she’s so helpful.

She was very thorough and listened to my concerns.

Takes you months for an appointment. Wait time for your appointment- takes forever. I will go elsewhere. My time is important also.

I have been going to Dr Lynch for over 10 years. I have found her and her staff pleasant and very helpful. She explains everything clearly doesn't mind any questions that I may have. I would not have any other doctor as long as she is practicing. She is very thorough and kind.

Seems so distracted and rushed! So sad! Used to be Thorough and focused! It seems to me she doesn’t have time for patients!

Dr. Lynch is excellent, thorough and precise. Her manner is friendly and informative and - in a good way - businesslike. An excellent diagnostician!

Dr. Lynch seems competent, knowledgeable, and her prescribed treatment has been effective. However, her â??bedside manner,â?? quite frankly, stinks. As I tried to describe my condition, her body language and facial expression explicitly conveyed that she did not want to hear what I was saying. In fact, she actually cut me off and said, â??Yes, yes, I see all this written here in the chart.â?? (From when I described the condition to the attending nurse.) She hurried through the description of the prescribed treatment, and so I was unclear about one aspect of it. So I asked, â??The topical and the oral treatment are both prescribed, neither are over-the-counter?â?? In a tone dripping with condescension, as if she were speaking to a child, she replied â??Yes, that is why they are both written on these prescription papers.â?? Two days later, I called with several specific questions regarding the application of my treatment. The staff-member was resistant to take down the questions and went to so far as to answer one of my questions herself. However, I insisted that she allow the question to be answered by the Dr. Lynch, and finally, she huffily replied, â??Fine, I will write it down.â?? I did not receive a call back for 2 days, so I called again. The staff-member said, â??These questions cannot be answered yet because the visit has not been dictated yet.â?? It is my understanding from family-members in the medical field that patient visits should be dictated (formally documenting/updating the patient record) on the day of the visit. I received my answers exactly one week later.
