Dr. Jason G Attaman, DO, FAAPMR

He knew what he wanted to do even before he looked at my back, sets and sets of injections. Even my old doc who does injections at Overlake surgery center said "he does way too may of them" & "why does everyone hate the surgery center?" Dr. Attaman is a part owner of it and is a conflict of interest. He made me feel so terrible when I couldn't pin point exactly where pain source was on my back. Asked him to do a ultrasound on it, but said no, won't show anything. I believed him, but if we did I wouldn't needed 4 sets of injections anywhere. It was a very serious condition easily found on the test, but injections don't help. What a regret!

Story: I was referred to this clinic by a great orthopedic surgeon for pain treatment options. But Jacky (clinic manager - no MD degree) expressed her feelings:"you are not a good fit and we are declining to schedule you". Maybe Jacky posses 2 MD degrees. Cons: 1. Very long and complicated online registration process (as many clients noticed here - 2 hours) with many not med. related questions. If you miss a few questions - you have to start this 2 hour adventure all over again (from beginning) or you will be declining to schedule (if you miss a few not med. related question eg: do you posses GED, tech. education etc) 2. To schedule simple app-t, this clinic will force you to provide them your personal credit card online (with all the credentials) and you have to sign the agreement that they will use it different ways. 3. Complete silent subjugation is required to make your 1st app-t. Reviews mentioned that unexpected extra cost involved, up sales, not approved treatments, etc - don't know about that. And yes - I filled this 2 hours online form 4 times, offered them my credit card (hope they won't do any fraud with it), pointed that I already have MRI on hands and as a result: get decline to schedule by Jacky (clinic manager). In a phone conversation, Jacky mentioned that I was hesitant to provide online my credit card to them and I didn't answered all the questions on the first try. Result: decline to schedule. The Hippocratic oath is not about you?

I know of four of Dr. Attaman's patients whom he has actually abused, and although victorious now, I was one of his victims. He verbally, emotionally and psychologically abuses those whom he decides not to help. I don't know what leads him to abuse his patients, but no doctor should ever treat a patient the way he treated us four. I've been blessed with finding a doctor who has helped me, and I hope that the other patients whom Dr. Attaman has abused have also been successful in finding an excellent and compassionate doctor to help them deal with and heal from chronic pain. When you are suffering with Level 7-10 Level pain constantly, having a doctor abuse you can lead to serious depression and anxiety. Don't take a chance with Dr. Attaman. Protect yourself and find a different doctor!

I had an appointment with doctor Attaman. First of all, he suggested to do a procedure to close my abdminal gap after I had my kids. He did say that there was no research about it but still suggested to perform it. Then his secretary went on to tell me that no insurance covers for it and that I have to pay 1,800. Then for the diagnostics of the pain of my back, he said I would have to do it with anesthesia because I would be in excruciating pain. I did ask for a second opinion with Dr Burns in Kirland and he said that there is no need for sedation for the diagnostics. Then he said I couldn't use a driving service even if they went inside the clinic. That it would have to be a family member or friend. When I stated that I don't have nobody they suggested to then pay for a nurse. His stuff also tried to charge me $75 for the first visit even though my copay is $40. I said I would like to make a complain agaisnt the surgery center and she said that Dr Attaman was a stake holder ( one of the owners) so I couldn't file a complain. Finally they called me to say that they decided to not treat my pain and that I should look for another doctor. He never called me, nor care about my situation. Awful experience. Arrogant doctor, completely uncaring and I don't even think he is knowledgable.

I have seen him for several years, he has done multiple procedures that helped a lot. He understands how frustrating it is to be in pain, and so his team is really responsive. I love them all.

The best doctor I have ever had. He diagnosed a rare pain condition I have that 7 prior doctors missed. He cured my issue with platelet rich plasma stem cell treatment. Highly recommended!

Kind, understanding, helpful, insightful, trusting, HONEST, sincere, and most importantly got me back to work!

I have been to see Dr Attaman many times since my car accident and he has helped me so much. I would and have recommended him to friends in pain and any one that I meet how complains of pain. He is awesome. He has a wonderful group of people working with him it is like going in to visit friends each time I go.

I started seeing Dr Attaman after being given a diagnosis of surgery to help relieve constant, chronic back pain. I'd already done PT, chiropractic, and accupuncture; you name it, I've tried it. He recommended a RF (Radiofrequency) ablation where he basically melts the nerves that are causing the pain. It's fairly easy, without much pain involved, and it has been working!!! I'm 6 months out from the first treatment and the pain is greatly reduced, probably by 75%. Sometimes I almost forget about the constant pain I used to be in daily and haven't taken pain pills for months--thanks Dr Attaman!

He is great. Got rid of 80% of my neck pain. Easy peasy!

I have suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain for over 10 years. Tried all sort of doctors, chiropractors, acupuncture, everything you can imagine. One day, my primary care physician recommended Dr. Attaman; so, I decided to give it a shot. It has been amazing the change since I started seeing Dr. Attaman. After explaining all my symptoms, all different type of treatments and medicines I tried in the past, he suggested that could be related to a not very common condition involving nerve constriction by my muscles, he ordered several MRIs and X-rays to verify the condition. I was impressed by the level of detail he went through to make sure this was the root of my problems. I am in the middle of my treatment and so far it's been night and day. I cannot think of anybody else more qualified and knowledgeable than Dr. Attaman to treat these type of issues.

I worked many years as a Registered Nurse. I ruptured a disc, had surgery, went back to work for a year and then ruptured three more discs and have had disabling back problems including pain and spasms ever since. I saw Dr. Attaman after seeing several other doctors and being told that my options were exhausted. I went to Dr. Attaman seeking out PRP, but after an evaluation he informed me that I was a better candidate for a different procedure (one that he did not make nearly as much money for performing as it was covered by insurance and not a cash pay). I had the procedure preformed and had good results. Although I remain disabled, my quality of life has improved! As a nurse, I have had the opportunity to work with many physicians and know that physicians are just people and there are all kinds. I can truly say that I trust Dr. Attaman, I believe he can help people with chronic pain and that he is exceptional at what he does. He is respectful and caring. I would recommend him to my family members.

Dr. Attaman is such a blessing. He takes the time to review the history of what the problem is, prior treatments, and is very thorough and precise in identifying the "pain generators". He then takes the time to map out a specific plan to help and answers all questions. He also does every procedure himself. Even if he is teaching someone else, he does the procedure himself. He is very respectful and mindful of my dignity and treats me as a partner in my healthcare and talks to me not at me. My pain has markedly improved with his help. I have referred several of my coworkers to him. His office does have a policy of not "inviting" patients back who miss an appointment without proper notification. I think this is because he is very much sought after and if you're scheduled for an appointment and don't show then you've taken up space from someone else who could use his help. However, they email and/or call to remind you of the appointment so really, be respectful and responsible and either cancel or show up.I recommend him whole-heartedly. Wonderful doctor to have on your side! He's my pain ninja!

Dr. Attaman is one of the most amazing Dr's I have encountered in years. He is very attentive to my pain and was very attentive in offering solutions he thought he may be able to provide. He did not b.s. me in any manner, talk down to me and/or make me feel unwelcome into his practice. He is truly a godsend and although we have not finished treatments he has already made me feel 50% better (3/6 procedures so far). I trust him and will continue down which ever path he feels is neccessary to help me regain my life. Truly amazing man and I am very grateful to have found him.Also his office staff is one of the most amazing I have ever encountered. Smart attentive and spot on. I can not even imagine a better experience!

I visited Dr Attaman because a friend had seen a physiatrist for similar neck/back problems. He offered a more useful diagnosis than the doctors I had previously seen for my condition (persistent migraines). And the solutions he advised, physical therapy and a nerve rhizotomy, have done far more to help my pain issues than the many drugs I've been prescribed in the past.

Has changed my life. I have been out of a wheelchair for 7 months and love every minute of it.
