My husband has had both knees replaced by Dr . G. As the patient care giver and wife, I am very impressed by his work. After the first knee, my husband was on the golf course playing 9 in less than three months. My husband will be 82 in four months. His right knee was replaced less than a week ago and he is just about ready for a cane. Physical therapy is vital and if you really follow his PT plan, you will be well served. Another tip, do exercises BEFORE knee replacement.

Dr Guevara is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He explained my knee situation in a way that I understood and he was very kind and patient with me during the process. Oh, and he gives good shots.

2 months out from a total hip and feel like I could climb a mountain! Amazing. Such a nice man and the staff are so friendly. Love this office.

Just got my knee replaced. Walking pain free as soon as I woke up. No pain meds or pain pump! Everybody else's patients were drugged as I walked by their rooms with my new knee. Amazing. Nice guy too!

I am completely elated with Dr. Guevara's ability to repair my right knee (total replacement). My surgery was the end of Nov 2017 and I was able to play golf the end of Jan 2018 and back into the gym. He spent time with me and answered all my questions before and after surgery. His staff is very pleasant. Wait time in his office minimal.

Dr. Guevara is a terrific surgeon. I have had both knees and one hip replaced. After the hip, I woke without pain for the first time in 20 years. He follows best-practices--he does what is proven to be most effective, not what people may like the best. He gets great results!

Dr. Guevara was my first choice for knee replacement surgery after researching all the orthopedic surgeons in our area. What impressed me the most was his use of cutting edge technology and aftercare treatment. He took time to explain what the procedure would be like and his office staff was great in making the arrangements for the surgery and aftercare. My subsequent visits for annual checkups are reassuring and the surgery has been a total success. I give him 5 stars!

My first appointment found me in severe pain and terrified of surgery to end the pain. Dr. Guevera explained the procedure, the rehab, the expectations and answered all my questions. I am now pain free, enjoying life again. Caring doctor and staff, I look forward to my annual visits, a celebration for me!

Dr. Jason Guevara is a talented GREAT Orthopedic Surgeon!! Dr. Guevara has performed 3 joint replacements, a Total Left & Right Knee Replacement and a Total Left Hip Replacement. All 3 surgeries went great!! I have not had any trouble with my 3 joint replacements. My surgeries were complicated and I truly believe that if not for Dr. Guevara I would not have had such successful surgeries. Dr. Guevara is also a Godly Man and I’m sure God is watching over not only Dr. Guevara but his patients also, in the operating room. I would highly recommend Dr. Guevara for anyone that needs an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon.

I needed both knees replaced and chose Dr. Guevara based on his credentials as well as recommendations. I have been very pleased with his skill and the outcome as now my knees allow me to do all the things I want to do without pain. I only wish I had gone to him sooner!

Don't let him touch you!

I saw Dr. Guevara for severe knee pain caused by arthritis and previous meniscus surgery. He listens well and has different options for treatment so far I am very pleased with the results

Beautiful new facility. So comfortable. Everyone I met was smiling and clearly enjoyed working there. Loved Dr. Guevara!!!! He came with high recommendations from my doctor who said his whole family comes to Pinehurst Orthopedics and loves it.

Remember the gingerbread man? 'Run, run as fast as you can.' Don't let this man touch you! Blamed his surgery mistakes on sciatica nerve, bad physical therapy, and me! Had to get 2nd opinion from Duke to find out what damage this man did to me! Duke only had to look at his operative report and his x-ray to realize the problem. After revision surgery at Duke, have permanent pain , nerve damage, and limp! Don't let his smile and cheery disposition fool you.

I had been through the mill at another orthopaedic practice. What a waste of time!!! Dr. Guevara was amazing! I've seen him 3 times now and we have a solid plan in place. Already getting better. I should have listened to all of my friends and gone to him first. You just think a bigger clinic means better. SO not true!! This is the place to go.

Excellent doctor who replaced my left knee 4.5 years ago and is going to replace my right knee in two months. He's very personable and made sure my wife and I understood everything both before and after surgery. Though we live in Wilmington, we had enough friends who drove from Wilmington to Pinehurst for their knee and our hip replacement. For a hip or knee I wouldn't go or have my family go anywhere else.

The first doctor that listened and had a solid plan. The staff was wonderful and supportive throughout my treatment and recovery. What a great place and a fine doctor.

Great doc and great office! He did my surgery and I was back to doing all the things I love in no time. New computer system that makes thing so much easier. The staff is fantastic.
