REVOKE HIS LICENSE!! HIM, YU & PARKS!!!!

He is now under investigation on 28 CRIMINAL charges. Is on probation for gross negligence and misconduct. 2 of his patients ended up in hospital- 1 with life threatening condition due to botched surgery. Had sex with patients. Now under investigation for insurance fraud Again! Probation? Really? Should have his license pulled!

No response to questionable MRI. Would not return my calls to office

I wish I could put 0 stars!!! Horrific experience. DO NOT go here if you value your time at all. I requested the paperwork in advance, because I was a new patient and was going on a lunch break and wouldn't have much time. I was told I could arrive at my appointment time and didn't need papers in advance. Once I arrived, they handed me a stack of paperwork and it was THE MOST redundant paperwork I have ever filled out. Multiple repeat questions. This should have been the first sign that they DO NOT value patients time whatsoever. The second sign was after I waited 55 minutes in the waiting room (while on a 1 hour lunch break from work), they told me they didn't have a room for me and were still waiting, but there were multiple other patients that arrived after me who were called back. There are only two GYNO/OBGYN doctors here; do the math. When they finally took me back, I learned that I still had 3 patients waiting in front of me for full exams. I was also told in the waiting room (by two other patients) that they frequently run behind in this office and that Dr. Siniva L. Kaneen was much better than the doctor I had an appointment with - Dr. Jason P. Helliwell. Also, I should note - I NEVER write reviews for anything - restaurants, doctors, shops, etc but my experience was so bad that I wanted to forewarn anyone from going here and spare them of the horrific experience. Icing on the cake - front desk staff member named Mirabel could not have been more rude if she tried. I had to listen to her be rude to me and about 50 other people for 55 minutes while waiting; trust me, I know. STAY AWAY!!!

Dr was very nice and explained every option available in terms of procedure options. Additionally, he was able to work with my tight schedule to get procedure done.

Dr. Helliwell was fantastic, I came late in my pregnancy and made me feel very welcome. He was very supportive and answered all of my questions in detail. I would recommend to everyone.

Loved my experience here at advance women's health center! All the staff here has been amazing! Dr. Helliwell is a very good OB, always answered all my questions and shown he really does care of the health of me and my baby, definitely will be back with feature pregnancies!

Dr.Heliwell is an amazing Doctor. He takes the time to answer your questions and adress concerns that you might have. I find that refreshing after having been seen by a few doctors who did not seem to enjoy their work. It's nice to have found a doctor who seems to genuinely care. I am greatful that he was able to help me resolve my pelvic pain issues. I feel amazing now.

There is no words to explain how confidant and safe I felt in Doctor Helliwell hands. And my results are now after a week of my surgery are exelente . I would not think twice he is a very professional surgeon. And his stuff team as well. Thank you Doctor Helliwell !!...

From front office to the staff in the back was excellent. You feel the good vibes. Greatest experience so far. Would not change my surgeon for anyone else everything turned out perfect in love with my results and excited for the future with my new babies :) thank you for the great work Doctor I am speechless with the results and the price was excellent I would totally recommend friends to come to you for their implants ... thank you once again and for viri for being there every step of the way.

Dr. Helliwell is very good at explaining things so I can understand what is going on with my health. He has been very helpful in advising me also.

My questions were always answered, very pleasurable experience. He always pushed to expedite special prescription requests.

I have alway had a great experience at this doctors office.

My dr experience has been great! He answers all of my questions and concerns. The only thing that might need improvement is their waiting times.
