Great courteous service

Dr. Higgins was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. My 13 year old daughter was immediately at ease because of his bedside manner. He took his time, was thorough in his examination, and answered every one of our questions. Would recommend to anyone seeking orthopedic expertise.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Heigle is a great physician.

Had my follow up appointment for my knee replacement. During the appointment my blood sugar levels dropped. The staff was so helpful, they got me juice and stayed by my side until it got better. Dr Higgins and his staff are so caring and kind.. They have so much patience in answering questions. Dr Higgins Josh PA, Kim and the staff at Ortho LA are an amazing group of professionals.

The visit was fine. Went to check on knee replacement surgery, getting everything scheduled. As usual, Dr. Higgins and his staff were very courteous and professional.

My visit was great the receptions the nurses was very nice Dr.Higgins assistant the xray tech each time I had appointment it very good didn't have to set a long time before they call me to the back it was just great Dr.Higgins took time answer all my questions even Dr. Higgins assistance Josh Josh took the time and answered questions.

5 stars all the way. Perfect outcome with my shoulder surgery. I am confident that my upcoming knee replacement will be just as successful. Always professional and attentive. Love his nurse Kim. I’m blessed.

It was excellent. The Staff was professional and very nice. Dr. Higgins and Tardo were very informative and answered all my questions. The nurse who assisted me was excellent. Can’t remember her name. Didn’t feel like I was being push out quickly like at other offices. They took their time with me. Very satisfied!!
