Dr. Jason Roger Castle, MD

Dear Mr. Castle, calling you doctor is extremely hard to do. Your professionalism and “Dr.” title is lacking in multiple areas. I wish I would have know that Hippa had a time frame for reporting you. Your comments on social media about my fathers family were far from the truth. But you ran your mouth on subjects you knew nothing about. Just a warning to your other patients, be carful even if Mr.Castle doesn’t know you he will post on social media pretending he does. I’ve been reading in news that he has gotten into other trouble recently not following medical rules. Patients beware!!

I’ve been seeing doctor Castle for number of years and he has taken excellent care of my health. He listens to me and has always chosen the beat corse of action tops in my book

I’ve been seeing doctor Castle for a number of years and he is the best. Always takes time to listen to you and try’s his best to come up with a treatment plan. Can’t say enough about him. Best doctor ever !

He spends very little time with his patients. He doesn't listen to his patients concerns and that PA in his office is extremely rude. You probably should talk about patients and make fun of them within earshot of them.

You need Percocet just go to him

he is nice man and will give you anything you ask for which makes your life easy.

Hes a great doctor

Dr Castle used to be a caring Dr. He now doesn't touch or listen to his patients . He comes in after you have waited up to an hour in his exam room and looks at he computer and asked if you need refills and just when you think you can TALK to him he says he will be right back and leaves, sends his nurse in and she tells you she has sent your refills in, and what is worse she don't even send the refills in. Too many patients, No preventive medicine ever discussed...now just another pill dr.

I have never met such an arrogant person until I met Dr Castle. I swore I would never go back but unfortunately there is not much to choose from around here. Twice, he suggested something that he knew would cause an adverse reaction for me. I really don't think he knows what he is talking about half the time. The staff seems ok and I've never had to wait too long. But if I had something seriously medically wrong with me, I would definitely go see someone else!

Dr. Castle is probably the best primary care doctor I have had in my life. I am 55 years old and have seen many doctors. When moving to Paintsville, I had no idea I would find such a proficient doctor in a small rural community.

Extremely rude staff! When I called to schedule an appointment I had to wait several weeks. Would rather send you to a specialist than figure out the problem himself. Will not return to this office.

Dr. Castle is wonderful. We use his office for ourselves and all 5 of our children. He is warm and easy to talk to, his PA's are great also. He is very thorough and we know that he has our best interests in mind. First class, and in a small town, too!

Sometimes wait is 1.5-2 hours, with hardly anyone in waiting room. If you call nurse with a problem, don't get call back. Called numerous times with no response to problem. Poor follow up.

Long office wait to see Doctor, sometime over an hour with not many people in waiting room. Plan on spending half the day there. Calling nurse for refills is a problem-never calls back when there is a question. Don't get to speak with MD until dr. visit. Can't call in new RX on time, have to call 2-3 times to get new RX or refill.
