Dr. Wilder is professional, thorough, courteous and friendly. He always takes the time to explain the procedure he is doing and informs me of the next step.

Dr was quick & efficient, he determined my skin was in excellent condition snd scheduled my next appointment for 18 months

Dr. Wilder sees my whole family and is always compassionate, personal and professional! He truly meets and exceeds the patient needs! Book early bc he does book out a few months but many times I have been able to slip in earlier if a cancellation arises.

long wait and dirty office.

After waiting 2 months for an appointment, we get there and they don't have it in their computer. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they just say "Its not in the computer and Dr Wilder is already behind schedule, so he can't see you." Seriously!! Who knows if Dr Wilder is any good, you can't get past the incompetent office staff. If they can lose something as simple as an appointment, what might they doing to the medical records? There are other dermatologists out there. I recommend finding one of them. And not the others that share Dr Wilders office; Dr Seth Lerner, Dr Oestreicher and Dr Noonan, because you'll have to deal with the same inept office staff. Unbelievable, 2 months of waiting for nothing.

I have been going to this group since I was a child and have seen many different doctors. Dr. Wilder is always extremely patient and caring. He listens to my concerns and explains his medical opinion amd treatment. He is always willing to see me whenever I have any concern or issue and has personally called me to follow-up on biopsies.

This doctor did not even closely examine/look at my daughter's rash/peeling. He basically told me that I should be seeing someone at Yale Dermatology to diagnose her but that it takes a long time to get an appointment there. Really? How about you call and make a referral to Yale if you won't even take the time to look at her rash. What a complete waste of time and money. No wonder he was the only dr in the practice available for an appointment.

Dr. Wilder is an exceptional doctor and he cured my skin condition. Now my whole family sees to him. He is always courteous and caring! Best doctor around!

I would recommended not to attend this office, There priorities are not for patients. The very first visit the doctor forgot to give me the medication prescription,. There is absolutely no follow up. There staff are very unprofessional.

It is impossible to get an appointment with him or get a message through for a callback. The office/nursing staff gave conflicting and incorrect information for the procedure to access Accutane.

When I go to the doctor, I want someone professional who is ready to get to work. It's nice to have conversation, but I'm there for a reason. Dr. Wilder is a doctor who asks you how you are and why you're there. He is not going to spend a lot of time chit-chatting because he needs to do his job. Overall, Dr. Wilder is a great doctor and I will continue to go there for my skin needs. And I would most definitely refer others to see him.
