Very friendly and caring Dr. and staff. I go for shots once a week and I've never waited more than 10 minutes. If you need an allergy Dr., I recommend Dr. Culp 100%.

I have sufficient from severe allergies for over 20 years and sometimes even anaphylaxis reactions. Dr. Culp is the first allergist in a long line of allergist before him that has actually has my allergies under control and has kept me out of the hospital for over a year now! He is so caring and kind and very knowledgeable! He listens very intently to everything that you have to say, and most important he never gives up until he knows you're getting better.

I’m a new patient of Dr Culp in Dickson, Tn & I have to say Dickson has needed a Dr like him for awhile now. Very much pleased with him and glad I started the process today of seeing him as a new patient.

My son had an absolute meltdown and could not finish his testing. Dr. Culp was so gracious and kind. He told my daughter who had completed the test that he was proud of her and then looked at my son and said “I’m proud of you too. We all have bad days sometimes and that’s ok.” It was exactly what he (and myself) needed to hear. Thank you so much Dr. Culp and nursing staff for your kindness and care!!!

Dr.Culp was wonderful to work with. He spent quality time listening and understanding our symptoms in order to treat and diagnose according to our needs! He is very well spoken and the staff was excellent.
