Horrible doctor, I can’t move my finger anymore because of him.

I had been treated by Dr Rosenfield for a problem with my left shoulder. After a period of time, I felt I needed to be seen again and called several times over a three day period to arrange for an appointment and never got a call back from his support staff. I finally stopped into the office and was given an appointment a couple of days later. I met with Dr Rosenfield who mentioned it is not unusual to wait 2-3 business days for a call back. That certainly is a problem when an established patient is having a medical issue. We discussed the need for me to have an MRI and Dr Rosenfield was going to have a staff member arrange to have an MRI possibly that day. After waiting three business days with no call back from Dr Rosenfield's office, I contacted my primary physician and had an MRI and an appointment with another orthopedist within two days. I would probably still be waiting for a call back from Dr Rosenfield's office.

I have visited Dr Rosenfield for two different orthopedic problems, hand and shoulder pain, over the last few years. He is an excellent doctor and the nursing staff is very kind and professional. I’m happy they practice medicine in my Wellington neighborhood.

An expert in his field, compassionate, professional, took the time to explain the injury, options, prognosis. Respectful of my Mom’s age and prior activity level. As a medical colleague, I’d highly recommend.

Hand a bike accident and fractured my hand as well as split it open. He discussed the options and went over everything for the surgery. Good bedside manner and great follow up. Office was well run and offered easy follow up appointments.

Dr. Rosenfeld definitely help me out the first time I visited the practice my right hand was and had trigger finger and it was so painful after one visit at the doctor's office my head was back to normal and I had no pain

Dr Rosenfield throughly examined my injured hand diagnosed and explained to me in detail what his findings were and what curative action was appropriate. Surgery was done and symptomatic relief was almost immediate. I was prescribed pain medication that I never used. No post operative pain or swelling. Besides being a obviously skillful surgeon Dr Rosenfield is friendly and attentive to your concerns. No reservations in offering my highest recommendation

The office was very clean and professional looking. Dr Rosenfield was very friendly ,caring and personable. He explained why my brother was having the pain in his hand and then treated it. He told him if it still bothers him to call in 2 weeks for another appointment. We were very happy with Dr Rosenfield and his professional manner.
