My visit was very professional and easy going. He made me feel comfortable as he was going over the surgery procedure. The staff in the office were friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Mandel is simply the best!!! FYI- Make sure he’s on your insurance plan before you choose one!! He is hands down the best in his field!!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Mandel and I was impressed with his manner, the way he promptly addressed my situation and how he answered my questions before I asked. The visit left me confident that I was in good hands.

Walked right in and was taken to exam room in less than 2 minutes. I saw the doctor in the exam room in about 5 minutes. Great visit! He answered all my questions and more.

Dr . Mandel is a terrific doctor. Treats his patients with compassion. He is very caring and is an incredible surgeon. He is a top notch surgeon . I Would recommend him to everyone eho needs a surgeon

Dr. Mandel literally gave me my life back! He is an Awesome surgeon, attention to detail, he listened to me, he went above and beyond, he fixed me and problems I did not even know I had. I am forever grateful! He was my second opinion, best decision I made was going to him. Highly Recomended! Staff was great, kind and helpful. First appointment waited maybe 30 mins last appointment 5 mins. He is the best surgeon I have ever had.

I went to Dr. Mandel and I had to wait about one hour and 15 minutes to see him. I felt like he didn't care about how late he was and that irritated me. If I have to be on time, I think the doctor should be on time too. That show his character and ethics, be many compassionate with his patients because he don't know what his patients are going through, they are sick because they are going to see the doctor. I am suppose to have surgery but now I am having second thoughts.

Wouldnt know. He and his staff don't seem to believe that the patient's time is as precious as theirs. Having had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, I gave up and left. Because people have to take time off of work to make the appointment time that is given to them, a doctor and his staff should not be so arrogant asto believe that the enormous fees we pay them should be coupled with this kind of disrespect. As many awards as he has hanging on the wall I wouldn't trust him.

Excellent doctor and staff! Wait time was a bit aggravating; the first time was 2 hours and the third time was 1+hours. I understand that things happen, a phone call would have been nice since I hadn't eaten since lunch.

Dr. Mandel was everything I could hope for in a doctor. He is a very caring man. With his skill as a surgeon, I received the best possible outcome of the worst news I ever got. Dr. Mandel gave me my life back. I am a very grateful breast cancer survivor.

This doctor has lost touch with the fact he is treating people.

Dr. Mandel is awesome! He took the time to explain my situation where others didn't. The staff was so kind and understanding. I didn't have to wait with unnecessary pain because he scheduled me right away and recovery was amazingly quick with little discomfort.

Dr. Mandel was amazing! He took Tim to explain the surgery and even drew diagrams. He followed up with me on several occasions since he performed a rare, technically difficult surgery. He is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent general surgeon.

Had the best experience ever, Dr. Mandel is an Amazing Doctor, he not only done surgery on me for the first time, but my Mom's surgery and my husbands Colorectal Cancer surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Mandel!!!

I have tried on several occasions to contact billing.They were either on the another line or out to lunch.They would not return my call after leaving messages.I think this is very unprofessional.

Dr.Mandel is awesome he has saved my grandma not once but twice he is wonderful!!
