Very satisfied with service. In and out of appointment in 45 minutes. Staff receptive to additional request for shot without prior notice.

Dr was relaxed and listened to me. Did not hurry me along. He gave me options as to have my hip seen about first or to send me to a back doctor. It was my choice.

Dr. Shepherd took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He is an excellent doctor with good communication skills. He and his staff were respectful and courteous. The new AOA offices are clean, well organized, and promotes efficiency throughout.

Dr Shepherd is a very personable doctor who treats patients with kindness. He's not a stuffy doctor. LOL. It's fairly easy to get an appointment with him, and he knows what he's doing. He performed both of my knee replacements and I've had no trouble with them. He's a good doctor and you'll like him!

Dr. Shepherd has done both of my knees. He's done an awesome job of matching them up. It I had a third knee needing replacement, he would be my go-to surgeon.

Friendly office staff, everybody who works with Dr. Shepherd was very nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Shepherd replaced my hip 3 years ago. No problems. So of course I choose him for the next one.

The new office is amazing! The check-in process runs very smooth. The new Ipad to submit medical history is much easier and better for the environment. Dr. Shepherd is professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His supporting staff makes the practice run proficiently. He gave me excellent advice a few years ago and I ignored it. He definitely knows orthopedics and would not steer a patient wrong. He's not going to do any treatment that isn't necessary. I'll be more receptive and compliant to his medical advice in the future.

Dr Sheppard is wonderful. He took a chance doing surgery on me when other Doctors wouldn’t. So thankful for my new knee!

Dr Jeff is such a nice person. He really cares about his patients. My husband had his new hip a year ago and is doing so much better. He even says he’s not waiting as long to get the other hip done. I definitely recommend Dr Shepherd as he is very good with what he does, the staff he has are awesome also

I was seen without too much wait. Everything was explained. Everyone left it open for any questions I might have. (An old doctor there had me wait up to a couple of hours a couple of times. So, I appreciate their promptness. Yet felt thorough, not rushing me out.)

Dr. Shepherd and his PA, Tom, are two of my favorite people in the medical profession. I had to visit yesterday with a question concerning my two year old knee replacement and for an evaluation of my “other” knee. They never make me feel rushed. They remember me, and they answer all my questions and concerns.
