Dr. Jeffrey Howard Spiegel, MD

In my experience, he was careless, uninformed, dishonest, and unethical. If you want a doctor that you can trust, look elsewhere.

I decided to do a neck-tite procedure with Dr. Spiegel, who was wonderful. During this process, his assistant, Eleanor Partee was my "spiritual, and psychological" companion through recovery, as much as she was the administrator of the procedure in terms of scheduling and arranging for medication. Having Elleanor there to answer my questions was so important to me, particularly in those first few days when waiting for swelling to subside, and you just need someone to talk you through. Ellen is like having your best friend at your doctor's office because she allays your fears, and let's you know what to expect. She is really an angel. Not only is she empathetic, but she's knowledgeable, efficient and everything you could want from a support person. Since I really hadn't done anything prior to meeting the Spiegel team, I didn't know what to expect, and having Elllen pre and post procedure, was a Godsend! Thank you Eleanor, for being you! Lip lift he preformed on me in 2020 left me with my mouth off center, uneven nostrils and horrible scaring

I had a lip lift by him 4 years ago. They tell everyone, "This is the best one we've done so far!" so don't believe it when they say that to you. I specifically asked him prior to the lip lift if it could cause chin strain. He said no. Yet, I now have both chin strain and now have a gummy smilie. I went back to him and he insulted me by saying prior to his work my upper lip was so long it was flapping all around. He gave me botox and said it would resolve the issue permanently. Well, it did not. I've since gone to another doctor who said he cut it too short and other than coming back for botox every 3 months, there's nothing that can be done. He told me he's seen other Spiegel patients who also had too much taken off.

I am a transgender female who went to Dr Jeffrey Spiegel to have a beautiful life altering and ultimately life saving surgery and I look at myself now and don’t even want to go out in public. My name is Alexis Hopkins, and I came to him all the way from Seattle WA to have facial feminization surgery. I am a transgender female and when he and I spoke he promised me that I would look young, beautiful and most importantly, like a woman. Well, none of that came to pass and I have sunken cheeks, loose skin all over me my neck and face, I look older than I did when I went in, I have lines all over and saggy droopy cheeks. I do NOT look young, beautiful or very feminine and in my honest opinion to ALL trans women, please find another surgeon to do your FFS surgery. People don’t realize how important this type of surgery is... and it has destroyed my life.

Dr. Spiegel took care of my teenage son when he fell and split his chin open. Dr. Spiegel was so gentle taking out the stitches and was genuinely concerned that my son did not end up with a scar. We could not be happier!

Staff is clueless and rude.

Don’t bother, seriously, don’t. Unless you want to throw your money away and get poor results or zero results and poor results.

Katie and Uema are wonderful, Dr Spiegel and his wife both worked on me I am so happy with my results. I would refer them in a heartbeat. They take the time to explain everything.

Just had my second appointment with Dr Onir at the Spiegel Center. This place is amazing, everyone especially Uzma is super nice and I couldn’t feel more relaxed. I’m back a second time because I’m so happy with the results from my first appointment (fat freezing) and I will be back again and again until I look like a rockstar. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!!

Visit Dr. Onir and the amazing team at The Spiegel Center. They are professional and great at what they do. I never knew I needed my lips ?? enhanced but when Dr. Onir recommended it I trusted her and I’m glad I did. It has chanced my face for the better and I am beyond happy with the results ! And a special Thank you to Uzma the coordinator who was extremely knowledgeable and sweet, she made the process easy. Thank you The Spiegel Center staff you have gained a life time client!

My advice if you have surgery with Spiegel have enough money put aside for revisions with another surgeon because you will need most likely need everything redone. His guy is horrible.

I have nerve damage from the doctor and can’t move my mouth, he ruined nerves. And damaged my face.

I received several face procedures from Spiegle in 2017. Basic procedures were neck and face lift, buchal fat pad removal. The results I have are odd shape under my skin on one side under my jaw. Obvious scar halfway down my neck, drooping skin and fat buldges on and under jaw. The results have been devastating. I look like a freak. I have looked everywhere to find out where he is double board certified, but haven't found anything. He is not certified with American Board of plastic Surgery. The Spiegle office has refused to acknowledge that they ruined my face and even told me it is all in my mind, and that I shouldn't worry about what other people think. The did offer to bleach or dye my skin where the odd shapes are. I'm happy that others have found positive results. But I sure haven't. The easy way out would be to put a gun to my head, but I have decided to scrape together some money and go to someone else to repair the damage Spiegle did.

I found The Spiegel Center online and after tons of research, decided to make an appointment. I have had extremely difficult skin issues in the past and Dr. Spiegel and his staff made me feel very comfortable and were compassionate towards my desire for some normalcy. I am in the process of acne scar excision, revision and dermabrasion. I am extremely pleased with the outcome thus far. I am only partially through but have the utmost confidence in Dr. Spiegel to achieve desired results and the self esteem I've never had before..I am looking forward to completion. Dr. Onir Spiegel also recently gave me Xeomin injections for my "11's" (frown lines), they disappeared in 2 days, relatively no pain, daily minor headaches gone, extremely affordable and made me very happy..Kaite, a smiling face always, also helped me feel welcomed and comfortable, she suggested great skin care products as well. I highly recommend The Spiegel Center and will continue to visit the center long after my corrective surgeries are over. Love this place, products and the staff.

I am a 50 yo male who had cheek implants several years ago to address lost volume mid-face. My original procedure was done in a different state by a different doctor. Several months after moving to Boston, I began to get chronic implant infections and one implant even shifted and moved close to my eye. Obviously, I was anxious to find the best doctor to navigate my immediate medical needs, but also someone with deep experience with cosmetic procedures, particularly with men. After online research and consultation with another medical professional, I found my way to the Spiegel Center. My experience throughout the consultation process, preparing for surgery, actual implant removal, and recovery has been nothing but positive. I am very grateful to Dr. Spiegel and staff at the Spiegel Center for their expertise, professionalism, and genuine concern.

Super unhappy with this office. Constantly trying to sell you things you don’t need and then keep you coming back. They do not have the patient’s best interest at heart

If you are looking for Botox don’t go here. Most painful experience I have had. I went to another office after and it was so different! No pain and my results were beautiful

Please do not go to this place if you really care for your face. You'll receive generic smiles and generic responses.. but here is the real result. I was hit ( wouldn't even call it an injection)around my eyes and the neck. Now, after 20 day, I still look terribly bruised ( direct hit with the needle without holding the muscle. Never saw this brutal technique before). People think I was in a bad car accident.. Nothing really improved, and of course I need a "touch up", but would you go there again?!
