Compassionate, great listener, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and seen me through until the end. I would have loved to have her deliver my second child, but insurance issues:( She’s amazing! Hands down!

Dr Jenaya Ward is the best doctor i have ever seen. She is so professional with good knowledge on her field. She is a good listener. She is down to the earth. She provides me a lot of information during my pregnancy. I was able to have a smooth delivery with her help. She explains everything properly. I will definitely recommend her if you are looking for real good ob/gyn.

The staff and Dr Ward are all so wonderful! It was so easy to make my appointment. The office is very clean!

Dr Ward is the sweetest most professional, concerned individual you would ever meet. I absolutely love, love going to the dr. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel like they've known you forever. The only thing i hate is not being able to be in their presence daily. Best Dr ever!!!!!

Dr. Ward is an amazing doctor. She has an amazing bedside manner, and never makes the visit rushed. Heather, Cassie, Felicia, Susan, and Michelle make an awesome team, and are very friendly and caring... Would highly recommend others to this practice.

Dr. Ward is more than just an OBGYN doctor, she is a friend. From the first day I walked into her office, I was greeted by the cheerful staff and Dr. Ward's warming personality. She takes the time to understand what is going in your life and helps apply it to your diagnosis/treatments. She is always willing to spend the extra time to answer all of your questions (even the questions we are embarrassed to ask). In her office, there is no stupid question. It's like being at the doctor's office with your friend!

I have been with Dr.Ward since 2012 in Dallas and moved with her when she got her own practice in Rockwall. The practice is nice, the nurses are extremely nice and knowledgable and Dr. Ward kept me sane through the toughest pregnancy I ever been through. She goes beyond measurements, checks on you, follows up and makes sure that you are recieving adequate treatment.

The friendliness of the staff was a great introduction to meeting Dr. Ward! Dr. Ward was easy to talk to and didn't make me or my family feel rushed for any of my visits. The office makes a great team and made the experience easy and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have been coming to Dr. Ward for almost 5 years now and I must say she is the best doctor I've ever had! I first starting coming when she was near Downtown Dallas and I have since followed her to Rockwall where she has started her own practice. Her office is very clean and inviting. The staff are always welcoming and Dr. Ward is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable. I have referred friends and family to her and they have all come back raving about how good she is. Dr. Ward even delivered my God Daughter :-) I can't say enough about Dr. Ward!!!

Dr. Ward was recommended to me by one of her patients but it was during her transition time, her old office gave me the run around but I was able to get her cell number and she answered with a friendly demeanor. The staff was always nice & friendly. I'd have another baby just to be blessed with that same care. I highly recommend Dr. Ward and her loving staff to anyone. #AbsolutelyTheBest

Dr. Ward is awesome!! She knew just what to say to calm my nerves when I had some complications with my pregnancy. Her bedside manners are great and answered all my questions, even if meant spending a little more time in the room with me! She even came inperson to check up on me after my delivery! The office staff is also very kind and genuinely care about their patients! Very pleased with my experience with them!

I absolutely love having Dr. Ward as my OBGYN! From the first encounter with her to now, she has always been sincere, caring, and personable. She is never rushed when she's in the room with you and actually take a seat to converse with you, whether general conversation or about your health. She was my OB during my first pregnancy and we will definitely be going through our second pregnancy with her when the time comes. I continue to see her as my GYN too. It's nice to be able to have the same doctor whether pregnant or not. I travel a distance to see her and it's worth every mile. In addition to Dr. Ward being an awesome doctor, her staff is phenomenal as well, especially her nurse Felisha. If you're looking for an all in one OBGYN, then Dr. Ward and her crew are the best!

Dr. Ward is absolutely AWESOME. I really adore her she's such a genuine nice person, not one time have I ever seen her without a smile on her face she never seems to be annoyed with being asked to many questions as well. I'm kinda of sad that I won't be seeing her for a while since I'm nolonger pregnant lol. After many years of trying to conceive she's the only doctor who actually took her time to get to me know me and see what the real issue was. Not only does she have amazing bed side manner but during my pregnancy which was high risked I was able to call and text her at any time of the day with concerns that I might have. You won't go wrong with choosing her. Let me not forget but her staff is absolutely AMAZING also I love them all.

Dr. Ward has been my doctor for over two years. I started seeing her after I went to visit my friend in the hospital who had just delivered her little girl. The bedside manner she demonstrated was enough for me to switch from my previous provider. She provided great advice and was very aggressive when my husband and I were dealing with fertility issues. We are now 31 weeks pregnant and Dr. Ward will deliver all of my babies! Her staff is courteous and very friendly. I look forward to seeing them at my appointments.

All I can say is WOW, WOW, WOW, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!!!! She made me feel my strength again. That my needs as a patient and human being come first. I was not a number it was like I was her only patient. Her attention to details and quality was unmatched. Other physicians turned my case away. She did not. Her honesty and openess blew me away. I went in with my head down and low expectation. I left in amazement feeling joy and peace. God is so Good!!!! He led me to the Dr. he picked for me!!! Thankful!!!! I would say more if I could. PERFECTION!!!

Dr Ward is a caring and wonderful doctor. She makes you feel totally at ease with what she is doing. I have recommended her to all of my friends/family. She has an a staff that also makes you feel at ease. I am completely happy with everything she has done.

Back in 2012 I went to see another OBGYN recommended by my PCP as my abdomen was slightly distended and I was in my late 50s. That OBGYN did a Pap smear and a Pelvic exam and said everything was normal and Failed to do an Ultrasound even though I was post menopausal with a distended stomach. A year later when it was time for a visit to the OBGYN. Thank goodness she was not available to see me for another 3 months. So my husband and I searched the web and found Dr. Ward and got an appointment. I visited Dr. Ward. She did a Pap Smear and a Pelvic exam and also mentioned that we do an Ultrasound due to my age. That saved my life. My ultrasound showed a 17cm pelvic mass. Dr. Ward then ordered follow-up tests and recommended surgery. The mass is now removed and due to my good fortune it was benign. I owe my life to Dr. Ward. She is the best.
