Dr. Jackson treated me for an abcess/infection. It was cancer. She never even looked at it. Do not go to this terrible dr.

TOO BUSY. NEVER ON TIME. HAVE TO REMIND HER WHEN BLOOD TESTS ARE NEEDED. HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER.

Dont know why they make appointments there never on a schedule have alway had to wait two hours or more

My experience dealing with this organization has been nothing short of unprofessional and insurance fraud practices. BEWARE of the medical malpractice , as well. The Round Lake Clinic does not have a doctor on site and bills your insurance for procedures that are never preformed. Follow up phone calls are never returned to ask for an information. Go somewhere else to get an actual exam.

Besides the long 2.5hr wait to see doc due to staffing, myvisut is always pleasant. Keep up the good work.

When making an appointment for 3 pm, I usually wait until 5 to be called...every time! I have been there about a dozen times. The staff is rude on the phone nor pay attention to the patient. The office is dirtier than a college bar.

From the front desk to the nurses, pa, and doctors, I have found this group to be caring and skilled. The office needs a major remodeling and the wait can be long, but the care is wonderful.

This is what they did to me. They sent me a letter in the mail saying for the next 30 days by law they can see me for Mergen see's pre-much if I get sick but they will not prescribe me any medication so even if I got a call they wouldn't prescribe me anabiotic's and they said that due to my behavior towards the staff I was being disrespectful which I wasn't I was calling for refills which they did not want to refill any of my prescriptions and their office is a joke and yes they do Waze the states money by going in and everything and making appointments and their office is dirty and nasty and stuff like that the Wauconda mcHenry Pretty much every single office they have is nasty and they said that they will refuse to see me in any office they have but what they did not understand in what they did not know is that before they send out that letter Irie had plans to change my doctors tooth and her doctor because with the concerns and everything then I brought up to them they did not want to test me for anything that I to get tested for because if I didn't switch doctors I would not have found out that I had a condition that I have seizures and things that I switch doctors to a better doctor now that I'm in better hands I'm glad I did and I'm glad and I'm in better hands and I will never go there again but I will put it like this I will put it like this just kind of funny I receive that letter after I posted a really bad review it was just really kind of funny and I will always laugh at that because they think that will go well if we stop seeing this person all day at the find another time Siri found another doctor way before they sent you that letter and that's OK because I rather have a really better doctor and A real doctor not a fake doctor like them at family medicine I actually see a real doctor like a real real doctor and not a PA that thing she's a doctor but I actually see a doctor with a real medical degree than not these pretend doctors that work for Jason Baluchi which is the owner of family medicine and they're all pretend doctors today and the reception Family medicine are very rude and very difficult and for one of the medications that I needed him apparently they they made one of my drug test came up positive for a narcotic that I have never taken in my lifetime so for them to make one of my test come up positive for a narcotic that I don't take that is illegal for them to do and that's how I feel

wish the wait time was a bit shorter.

Dr. Bellucci-Jackson is a very capable physician, who has been in practice for enough years to have excellent experience beyond Medical School books. She came from a family of physicians, which also prepared her well. She is smart about diagnosing medical conditions, and usually is quick to start the correct treatment. She is also very "real," and treats a patient like a good friend or relative she cares about.

I love Dr. Bellucci. But I think the office is run like a zoo. Just waited 2 hours for a 5 minute consultation.

Dr. Bellucci-Jackson is a good doctor, she listens to me, and she gives me the help I need to get well again. She will prescribe to me the diagnostic tests I need, and solve the problem. That's why I keep going back to her. With that said, if she wasn't such a good doctor I would never go back. The office staff is very rude and completely disorganized. They've lost forms numerous times, they don't follow up on getting results, they never let you know they have results, I have to keep calling and calling and calling sometimes for weeks, which when you have a broken foot is unacceptable. They lost insurance forms 3x's and I lost $1,500 because of it, when I broke my ribs and couldn't work for a few weeks. Without those forms the insurance co wouldn't pay my salary. If you have forms to be signed, do not let them out of your hand, otherwise they will be instantly lost. Don't mail them to the office, don't drop them off and pick them up later. Stand there until they are signed otherwise you will never see them again. I also agree the office in Richmond is very dirty and gross, and the patient rooms only get worse with torn, stained and broken furniture. The walls are paper thin too so you can hear every patient conversation in the room on either side of yours. It can be quite entertaining but I would think it must violate some confidentiality law.

Run, don't walk away from this Third World healthcare Center. Staff is rude, careless and slow taking up to three months for a simple referral. The waiting room itself is a breeding ground for disease with incredibly filthy chairs and filthy carpet. Your wait is a minimum of an hour. After years of being sloughed off on nurse practitioners I finally got to see Dr. Bellucci Jackson who didn't even bother looking at me or talking to me just came in wrote prescription and left. Avoid this office.

Although Dr Belucci Jackson may be a good doctor, she is so busy she really doesnt have enough time to spend with her paitents to thourghly help them, I have been there 3 times for the same problem, had no physical examination of the complaint, just gave a prescription and sent on my way, needed to go back again, still no physical examination of the compalint, given an injection & blood draw, was told to make appoint for 2 day later, came in and waited 1.5 hours to see the doctor, they did not have the results back, still had to pay my co-pay, sent for x-ray, 4 days later still no word from doctor, told to make another appointment to see if the xrays were in yet, so I can wait another 1.5 to 4 hours and pay again. Unhappy

the doctors are good but the place is run for crap. the staff is rude and very unprofessional . the girl at the front desk is chewing gum and snapping it right in your face while you talk to her. they have no idea what is going on half the time and other doctors offices will tell you "if i were you i would find another doctors office." they do send referral on time or they do not even send tham at all. i have kept going there because of the two doctors kate and karen they are so good and they treat you so well. even if you make an appointment you will wait over an hoursometime i have waited up 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor.maybe they don't care about people with insurance like H.M.O beacuse they have so much public aid in there.right now i will not talk about something they have just done to me but after court i will put up here for all to read. you will not beleive what they have done..

Staff is rude,very disorganized loose patients charts, first time i went in for appointment they didnt have me down. I needed rx called to pharmacy they couldn't do it. When I complaint dr.belluci was rude said if I didn't like it she had a lot of patients. Meaning she didn't care. They want patients to come in for everything I think they just want to charge. All about money no compassion at all.

I have seen several dr but have yet to find a more caring dr that the staff that Dr bellucci-has employed. I do not always want to come into the office for results but understand that it is needed to maintain my medical care. I alo want it known that the state only pays for medical visits not visits for test result if thats all you were seen for may be the reviewer should have ched her facts out before making a fool out of herself. Also this is the only practice that if I tell them I am short on my co pay (which is $50.00) they will bill be or let me pay what I can afford find another dr like that. keep up the great workjk

I am currently on public aid and Dr. Bellucci-Jackson's office is ripping off the state by scheduling more appointments than what is needed. You even have to have an appointment to find out what your blood results are, which mine were fine. The lady at the front desk told me that it was the HIPPA law that they give you the results in person. WRONG!!! Dr. Bellucci is only having you schedule an appointment for blood results so that she can charge the state or insurance company for an additional visit. When I went in for my blood results, they did the physical all over again...blood pressure, oxygen, temperature....I'm like.....what is going on....We already did all this stuff at my initial visit....I just want my blood results. Well, they did that so that they can call it an "appointment" and charge the state for a "visit". So, I waited for an hour and a half for the doctor to tell me that my results are fine. She could have just called me and told me that or sent them to me via mail. Dr. Belluci-Jackson's father went to jail for ripping off the state. Looks like she is following in daddy's footsteps. What goes around comes around Dr. Bellucci. You've got it coming to you.
