She is the sweetest doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She always explains things in a way I can understand. Plus she always remembers us! Which is nice. I have def had doctors who I didn't feel like they knew us when we came in.

Even when we had a family emergency in Texas Dr. Essner was extremely helpful just like her and her staff always are. Very professional and very polite. We drive 45 minutes to keep her as our children’s doctor even though we have several closer options, because the service is that good.

Dr. Butler never lets me down. She will be the first to admit if she does not know something and will check and research until she does. When I leave messages for her staff she is always the one to call me back- even on Sunday from her home. I would recommend her to anyone who has a child. I do not care for Cox Health Systems but I will stay with this Dr. regardless. She is not quick to prescribe antibiotics but will is also not afraid to run tests. Thank you Dr Butler for all you do with my girls!
