Amazing doctor! Very courteous, polite and takes her time with her patients. Highly recommend for those patient who tend to get nervous at hospitals and such, like I do. She's a true professional in her field.

Today I had my first appointment with this doctor and she gave me such a bad impression. Prior to my appointment, she asked me to fill out a questionnaire as if I was already in my appointment through the Kaiser website. I checked in on my phone prior to my appointment so when I went to the reception desk they could scan my QR code and guide me where to find the doctors office. When I got to the doctors office they made me wait about 20 minutes before they could go over my medical record, check my vitals and be taken to the room to wait for the doctor. I waited 1 hr and 30 minutes and the doctor did not show up yet. So I asked the nurse if the doctor was going to see me and she said yes. So I waiter another 30 minutes which was a total of 2 hours but the doctor never showed up. So I went to the check in reception desk and I told them what happened so they called the doctors office, spoke to a nurse and sent me back upstairs. I was told by a few people in the office, that this doctor usually makes her patients wait about 2 to 3 hours and some have file complaints about her. So I also filed a complaint about her through members services. But this doctor still wrote a report as if she saw me and treated me when she did not even see me. Obviously she got information from the questionnaire she made me fill out prior to my appointment. I’m just waiting to see what will happen. But I hope many people can read this and not go to this doctor. I for sure will not go back to this doctor again. What a disappointment of a doctor. I absolutely do not recommend her to anyone.
